Yes its pretty easy actually. In the theotownfolder you select regions or maps then you search for the folder you want to transfer. Now click share and click on the option AirDrop(With that you can transfer it to your other phone if its near you), now you should get a notification on your other phone and press open in files. Now you just have to put it back in the regions/maps folder . Done! After restarting the game everything should be there.
