They're custom made, either single cities merged into a massive region or console region generator commands but this requires a powerful PC to work, the first option is what mostly people use

It depends on how developed your city is, if the city just started (no buildings or any revenue) the maximum amount i can give is ₮50k i can send it multiple times, i have plenty of gems, but if your city is well developed and has a large revenue, the option to send ₮ becomes bigger, but still costs the same amount of gems

in this case the copernicus district is named after 55 Cancri A and toliman after Alpha Centauri B

I get the point that you wanted your city to be bigger than other plots cuz you represent it as the region's capital. But it can sometimes represent "superiority" against others which isn't a good thing... If you made it that the corners had bigger plots too it would be a decent Region.

Oh cuz sometimes people may have plugins that may not actually affect the game and so it still shows up however since it doesn’t affect the game you wouldn’t notice it and therefore it’s allowed.
Some examples of these types of plugins are the ones where they put water pipes automatically when you place a road or the one where it shows on your screen if you can get achievements or not and I’m pretty sure shaders

Since version 1.8.45, there's an online mode in TheoTown. You can access it by tapping a button 'Online Regions'. There you can play on free regions, or access the locked ones with a password. Also, you can upload your own region, by tapping a '≡' button in main menu. But remember, it will cost some diamonds or region coins.

The message by pidroid and also you are playing on the same region as other people (or consider it a cloud save of a personal map if its private and you dont share). You can give theons and diamonds to other players and view their cities but there isnt a huge interaction with other maps in the region

TheoTown files are located under such directories:

• Windows: C:\Users(insert username)\TheoTown or %USERPROFILE%\TheoTown
• Linux: ~/TheoTown
• MacOS: /user/TheoTown
• Android: /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/info.flowersoft.theotown.theotown/files
  By default you should be in /storage/emulated/0/. Uninstalling the game on Android will delete all files, unless you decide to keep the files when prompted by uninstaller. (android 11 onwards restricts access to external storage for apps, so if the files cannot be accessed this way, opt for the in-build manager explained below)
• ios: Search "TheoTown" in the file manager app

If you cannot access game files through these directories, game has an in-built file manager for mobile devices which is accessible from the region view menu.

You can find your plugin, music, region and city files there as well as logs for debugging purposes.
