The Crane is a Road deco it's a puzzle like thing. I recommend using costless road to use this crane. Additional info, there are stop sign looking things. Those are actually train spawner. Some of the rails are quite interesting. Because when I tried to use the trains, in that pack, to the in game rails, they mostly, cursely u turn while the rails of that pack can't. Most the trains in that pack are fast and also ridiculously long.
