making your own is easier with trial and error than animation dev
When i made that not a scam center building of mine I used animations for a lot of different parts, it was super painful trying to figure out the x and y coordinates for each part
ADT makes it so much easier
And if you want to optimize your plugin you'll definitely need animations

ADT yes it was easy when you had smaller buildings and btw it had a disadvantage cause the animation dev tool does not consist diagonal lights and 1x5 or extended lights I mean 1x5 and above
forget about it the y value is only the main problem I fixed it by myself tho and thankfully it was fully animated
