Windows tend to be between three and five, and the floor between five and seven. But that can vary depending on the building
Keep in mind that a person on TheoTown is 3 pixels tall, which is around two meters

Well, not really. Depending on the shape of the building, sometimes the shadow layer must be modified to apply to the rotated version
