If you click on "Hide UI" while still having the old toolbar open, it shows this broken UI of the old toolbar. Game version 1969, platform on Steam (Windows)
And while exploring this bug, I found some pretty interesting things. If you can see, in the toolbar, there are 2 tools available, I've clicked on one of them and the text doesn't seem to be shown, but that's usual because well, I've turned on Hide UI.

some buildings do not have the rotation feature, therefore they will rotate with you, however some buildings that can rotate, will show different sides when you rotate, so it's technically not a bug, but a feature
