I have never seen a city building game integrate a mechanic such as this, but if there's a possibility I could just do this way, a friendly way .

Since the game already has some military buildings, expand it for having a complex system to protect borders, TT has a online mode, how can you integrate it? Well the owner of the region could have the ability to turn on and off the wars games, how it will work? Well you build every building necessary, like in the DSA, it will give you safety to the region, border neighbors can potentially attack you by sending a rocket, and it will fall in your city randomly, like meteors falling, and depending on your military cover, you should have the force to destroy rockets, do researching, expand the city with unique buildings, what could be the consequences? Well your cities getting destroyed like a tsunami or earthquake, and you having to rebuild everything lol and for a treatment of peace you must pay for peace or get paid, your enemy builds on your city a monument that goes passive, so no war, chill and friends...

And NO, no tanks, no soldiers, no infantry attacking... It will be only rockets flying over your head and you trying to exterminate them...
