Everything was fine until I removed all my plugs to troubleshoot something. When I reloaded the game had two res buildings (plugs) all of a sudden it highlighted a good portion industry. So I destroyed the industry area and proceeded to take care of the sick. None died.

You should wait for another answer but, from what I understand is that Theotown is cross platform. Meaning what you do on your phone can also appear on your PC and vice versa. The only thing you have to do is probably log in.

Reinstalling the game for Android will delete all files, unless you decide to keep the files when prompted by uninstaller.

Alternatively, you can access the files through in-built TheoTown file manager, accessible through the in-game menu.

You can find your plugin, music, region and city files there as well as logs for debugging purposes.

Yes, the fluctuations are the result of manual plopping. If you destroy a public building or zone, it goes down and if you build it goes up. If you are playing in sandbox mode, this is normal. Don't worry. You can raise the demands to the top, so every time you build you will see this chart rise instead of fluctuate.
