If you wanted to make the city richer and wealthier then yes, for aesthetics no, if you are making the city to be look nicer, you should balance Dense & Non-Dense Manual buildings if you wanted to keep it organized

The number next to the building name denotes the influence provided by the building. The buildings under the landmarks and awards are all vanilla. Landmarks costs diamonds to place (on mobile). The plugins in the image are only some plugins that provide cultural influence. You may be able to find many more on the plugin store.

Press the bar chart icon on the left hand side of the screen to see demands (it appears similar to the top left box in the image below)
If the bar is above the line, it indicates that people want to move in and therefore, you should provide more of that zone.
If the bar is **below **the line, it indicates that you should provide services and other requirements. You can see what services each zone type requires at each wealth level in the image below.
In sandbox mode, you can manipulate demands to an extent. If you go to the demands chart, the + and - symbol allows you to inflate or deflate the demand. Having the line maxxed out does automatically mean people would move in. You would still need to provide the services in the image to increase the population.
Given that needs are met, the height of the line indicates how fast people will move in.
-# The icons in the image indicate power, water, police, fire, health, park, lower education, higher education and sport in that order in the bottom row of residential column.

Due to this, it is important to have as many of these buildings as close to the launchpad as possible, with roads that are properly connected to ensure that the supplies are delivered. The id and level has been included for your convenience so you can find it more easily!

A staged rollout means that only a certain percentage of users will get the update at a time. Meaning that the update will come over a matter of days to everyone, rather than all at once. We have no of choosing who gets the update when, as it is totally random. You can check the store in a few days to see whether the update is available for you.
