Basically, On the map where it shows with green the parts that have systems (fire, medic, police etc.) is showing green all of my city, but the number of people is significantly decreasing due to "no service". Also schools of this plugin have no numbers of how many children can go there, and there are no police cars on the streets. I can't start the game, because if I do, then the whole city will be abbandoned. And I dont know which version is it on, how should I check it?

To build buildings of certain zones, you must have a road to give them acces for spawning cars and pedestrians. If you build a building without giving it access to roads, it will certainly show a red message with a road icon in it. It indicates that it doesn't have access to roads. Moreover, that isn't a bug or that, whatever you call it.
