While viewing the regions, theres a button saying "single cities", click it and you'll find the moon city file

Well thats because its in the moon, everything costs more on there.
Also, the living zones give you ton of money, although you need stuff like aquaponics for food, and storage.

Poccolonum (300k/month) : needs to be placed on top of the green stuff
Genericum (200k/month) can be found on rocks
Helium 3 (100k/month) can be found on rocks.
