Instead of backing up the whole region folder, i only backed up the specific ".city" file, and after i put that in the same new region (Theonia), my city seemed locked and i had to unlock it again, set a name and difficulty. Then, out of curiosity, i tried tinkering with the game files, i tried deleting the "region.json" file to see if that would reset my unlocked plots in the region, and by my surprise, it did...

I like to tinker with game files and test out anything that comes out of my curiosity, i didn't mean to do harm...

Hmm, that's a hard question to answer, there's a lot of ways to on building manually, you can either build stuff in an organised way, or by a none repeating way, and then add a lot of decorative props

This is based on my experience and is not always true for everyone, also know that i don't use any plugins.

So to start off with manual building, you first need to know all the residential type building demands. There are a lot of it: Roads, Electricity, Water, Fire Department, Police, Hospital, Parks, Sports, Culture, Transportation, Elementary and High Schools (low & high education)

So before i want to build, i have to complete service first.

Now there are also 3 inhabitant classes in the game, Poor, Middle, and Rich Class inhabitants, always start off building level 1 or poor class residential, commercial, and industrial buildings

Then build the middle class, and lastly the rich class

I forgot to mention, but also environment counts here, which are "Nature(plants/trees), pollution, and noise" nature is needed in all residential buildings, whilst noise and pollution must be avoided nearby them

I started from 0, I have made all the services until the remaining transportation. And I made 10 T1 houses, but no one of the houses were full.
