-Back of comercial buildings (Details and a downtown look)

• Long island residentials ( Good loking suburban houeses)
• Comcercial Departments (Similar to first)
• Japanee buildings plugin v2 (This adds a lot of buildings)
• Res building pack by The26 (Small buildings that give a nice touch to the city)
• jP residential pack is also a really good one!

But apart from this ones make sure to use the already In game building as much of second level residences are low buildings.

Btw, about my previous ideas about building sets etc. I mean like Elysian Eclipse, but I know that Elysian Eclipse progress is very slow, so you're right anyway, I mean, even solving the copyright thing (like in Play Store there are lots of games that are basically very similar yet can't be sued because it's not an exact copy), it would take a lot of time. Like that attempt to re-create NFS World in Unity 3D and making a FOSS game out of that, even making it whole different than original NFSW, without enough conditions and resources it would take years to decades. Commercial doesn't care as much about pollution so the purple/blue industry-adjacent zones can be close.

The residential areas next to my industry either have a little buffer gap or I've invested in the DSA pollution barriers

Industrial pollution range isn't very big and commercial isn't affected much by pollution except happiness dropping a bit. Tho it can be minimised by using trees. I came to know that trees can suppress both pollution and noise pollution
