Place mining stations on the ores to mine them. Here's how much moon money you can earn from them:

Helium 3 (blue) - 100k
Genericum(grey) - 200k
Pocconolum (green) - 300k

Ore deposits can get deleted over time. This is random and there is not guaranteed duration for the ore to be useful. Once the ore deposit is depleted, you will get a notification. Mining stations have a cost and once the deposit is depleted it will no longer produce income and therefore, it would be best to remove it.
Mining stations have to be provided both water and electricity for it to function.
It would also be wise to leave a couple of deposits so you can complete the mission which will be given to you by the moon pickle once you have reached a certain point.

TheoTown files are located under such directories:

Traffic Directory:

Your citizens need an quick and efficient path from point A to Point B. The AI will decide to take the shortest path, rather than the fastest.

Residential -> Commercial & Industrial [Citizens Commuting to Work]
Industrial -> Commercial [Goods Being Transported to Shoppes]
Commercial -> Industrial [Trucks Returning to Factory of Origin]
Industrial & Commercial -> Residential [Citizens Returning to Home of Origin]

Layout Tips:

Your Industrial & Commercial Zones should be close to a Main Road so they have easy access to the entire city.
Your Residential Zones should be close to your Commercial Zones, but further away from your Industrial Zones due to pollution.

Be sure to use a healthy mix of two-way and one-way roads in your Residential Zone to keep traffic orderly.

For functionality, just look at the tutorial city, as cars can turn sharp corners, you can make ramps 90 degrees and compact as the tutorial city

reasons to mess with plugins i assume are either you want to modify the plugin, copy the plugin and create a private one that has changes such as color swaps or move the plugin between systems or accounts, in those cases creating a zip does not help you.

managed plugins are account locked, so if you want to use the same plugins on PC and on mobile, you need to copy the whole folder (there is one file in there that verifies your plugins and it needs to be the same), you can then delete plugins manually but not add them manually

I don't know, I couldn't see many problems other than the freemium and the photos being a bit bad on mobile.

terraforming is very limiting on mobile, you have worse zoom, so it's hard to see a big city from further away, you can't create large maps on mobile (the java exceptions are lower, so you run out of memory faster), buildings in sandbox are forced under construction (no option for insta-build), you have some time-restrictions on starting maps, those are some more reasons why i think mobile isn't as good as PC

i basically only use mobile for testing stuff, really playing i only do on PC.

The biggest challenge in this game is definitely the traffic! At times, it frustrates me to the point where I feel like tearing up the whole road. I just can’t understand why some citizens are just so fond of one road.
