I have 48 mining stations I built around 500k days ago with stability upgrade, no earthquakes yet. I put them in corner of map, just in case, since the earthquakes they cause are centered on the mining location, and dont go very far. I tried laser upgrade on another map and got several quakes per hour. ICBM does seem to give alot of income just for sitting there, idk does it cause you to be targeted at random even if you dont launch it?

That road doesn't act like a "road" so i recommend either using an invisible road then put a decal under it (if you don't want any markings) or build underground roads under the buildings or buy Uber Mode.
