Here's a little tip. You put your Industrial, and Residential/Commerical way to close. Would you like to live next to a factory? Because the people in theotown certainly don't. This will cause your happiness to go down, plus you going to have a whole bunch of health calls and stuff. That's why you should separate them

The number next to the building name denotes the influence provided by the building. The buildings under the landmarks and awards are all vanilla. Landmarks costs diamonds to place (on mobile). The plugins in the image are only some plugins that provide cultural influence. You may be able to find many more on the plugin store.
