Any ideas how to connect an elevated train to ground level train track. When I attempt to make a bridge, using the ground level train tracks, it doesn’t get higher enough to reach the elevator train tracks. When I tried to elevate the land and then put the train tracks on it, and also not enough room to connect to the elevated track platform. Any potential help would be greatly appreciated.

What the difference between a new region and single city options? Are single cities upload to the online region? And regions are just on device.

singlie cities are exactly what they say, standalone maps
regions are a group of cities together
and yes you can upload a region to online mode, but not a single city

Regions are created separately and has no relation in regards to "single cities" they have plots which you can claim and play and upload yes, but they wont appear in single cities.

It's been said since manifest files were added that they were required, people electing to not add them, or using plugins that predate that addition does not make a game "glitch"
