usually it’s recommended to set it as 0x1111111111111111(16 times 1) for the ease of remembering

Steps

Download this shell script: https://captinc.me/tutorials/futurerestore_compile.sh
For Apple Silicon Macs only: go to /Applications/Utilities, right click Terminal.app, click "Get Info", and check "Open using Rosetta". Uncheck this box after step 3
Run these Terminal commands:
cd ~/Downloads
chmod 755 futurerestore_compile.sh
./futurerestore_compile.sh

Notes

It took 7 minutes and 31 seconds to run the script on my Mac
This tutorial was last updated on December 27, 2020

How to use:
Follow capt's compile tutorial, replace the script in step 1 with this

Pretty much the same stuff as before, but now in a script, libipatcher is still not included, and running futurerestore is like this: sudo futurerestore <arguments>

On the iPhone 8 Plus, you can still jailbreak but I guess lockscreen and finger print reader or Face ID or whatever that has won’t work

So I don’t see why you couldn’t upgrade to 14.4 and run not jailbroken until 14.3 jailbreak is released, jailbreak using Checkra1n on 14.4, then downgrade to 14.3 with futurerestore

The new jailbreak from the latest 14.3 exploit shouldn’t have an issue with the faceid and all that

But if you haven’t yet saved blobs for 14.3, not going to work anymore. But a 14.4 or 14.5 exploit might come out so it won’t hurt to save blobs now
