I might have shidded my iPhone 6, haha... on the same iPhone 6 as before I restored to 12.5.5 and tried a tethered downgrade with Divisé, which didn't work, then I tried Divisé's dual-boot functionality. Something weird happened, and now when I put the phone into DFU mode, it flickers in the Finder sidebar and keeps disappearing and reappearing. Strange thing is though the phone still boots fine, and this problem persists even after a Restore which I thought should just nuke everything

Hi everybody! So to explain the whole situation, I used to be on an iPhone XS Max iOS 15.0 which I just sold today. I bought an iPhone 12 which is on 14.6. iTunes told me that I'd need to update my iOS version so I can use the restore I had made 1 week earlier. Upon trying the technique there: #common-issues message I did all the steps and launched the restore thrice. The 3 times it came up with an error saying "the iPhone has been disconnected, try again", and then my phone would say the same and restart. Is there a workaround or am I obliged to update to 15.4.1?

What could be causing this? I was having random respring issues and RocketBootstrap fails before. I removed the entire Jailbreak but the issue is still there.

Hello, I recently ran out of battery so my phone died. When I charged it and wanted to jailbreak I had an error message whenever I tried to open taurine « taurine is not available » (even though it was signed with reprovision) I had to install it back from altstore etc.. when I jailbreak my phone, it just boots with all the tweaks, and 2 secondes after being jailbroken it crashes and send me to safe mode. When I go to cydia I can’t even delete or download a new tweak, I have the pop-up saying that I have 2 half installed packages and it’s risky blablabla... I’m on ios 14.3, taurine, iphone 11

Reboot, open Chimera/Odyssey/Taurine, toggle on "Restore RootFS", then tap "Jailbreak".

checkra1n / Odysseyra1n
Open the checkra1n app on your home screen and tap "Restore System". If the icon has disappeared or you get "Restore Error: General", reboot and re-jailbreak.

If the above methods didn't work, see /tag rootfscli for more options.

Snapchat never responds besides bot answers, and I wanted to know if there was a third-party app like Snapchat++ that allowed me to "hide" my IMEI to Snapchat. To block OTA updates, you can install a modified tvOS beta profile. This works even without a jailbreak. Note that the profile expires and will stop blocking updates on <t:1675141200:D> (<t:1675141200:R>). Check back after that date for a new profile.

You can re-enable updates by uninstalling this profile in Settings -> General -> Profiles & Device Management.

If you're jailbroken, you can also install the OTADisabler tweak instead, but note that it is harder to remove while unjailbroken.

Am I allowed to post this? I got this iPad Pro 5th gen that is remote managed and I've been trying since late 2021 to load all my games from my iPad 4 onto it. It has not worked. I also have this iPhone 7 not remote managed, that I even jailbroke. I installed all the iPad 4 games from an iCloud backup onto there and the games work well and everything, well, most of them. hey everyone, i'm trying to fix a bug on our newly released discord client modification tweak named enmity. we currently have themes going but are having some bugs with notched devices. the bottom of the screen seems to be a colour set at the beginning of the app's launch or a parameter specified when the application initializes, i'm not sure if anyone has dealt with this but it would be a great help if anyone could assist me with this.

i'm currently forcing the "bottom inset" on a non-notched device since my notched device isn't jailbroken.

the app is a react native app if that helps.
here's a preview of the bottom inset not being coloured.

i'd like to point out that we have tweak access and logos, but we cannot hook TOO early since the dylib of the tweak is injected into the ipa itself for non-jailbroken users, so we'd prefer if it was an in-app solution rather than hooking springboard or anything like that.

a respring loop should only occur when you attempt to rejailbreak, but a bootloop will flash the apple logo continously

I use icleaner to disable tweaks if needed. But not even my mail app works

You should never use icleaner to disable tweaks, it renames the file which messes up substrate, substitute, libhooker and dpkg. You should disable tweaks using Choicy or libhooker Configurator
