Ok - so jailbreak with checkra1n to get the loader on screen (if it doesn't show immediately, change language in settings, then change back again - it will then appear). Then click on Restore System. Once that's completed and rebooted, head over to settings and do an EAC&S.
Then start afresh with whatever JB tool you wish.
The only thing with Odysseyra1n is you must not open the loader and install Cydia, just JB with CR then run the OR script.

iPad Pro 2018 stuck in DFU mode, unable to restore/update!
So I came across a certain post on r/Jailbreak about how beta 3 blobs are the best blobs to save rn. So I figured I might as well downgrade from beta 4 to beta 3 since it was still being signed (by manually downloading the signed dev ipsw and manual update option on iTunes) but it ended up failing and now my iPad Pro seems to be stuck in DFU mode.
I’m also unable to restore or update to 15.1, it fails midway and shows the error message “Unable to restore. An unknown error occurred (75)”. I also tried downloading the still signed 15.0.2 ipad and manually update to it but to no avail
I’m incredibly stressed out and hoping its not a case of hard brick. 😢 Any help is appreciated I (don’t mind losing data)

legit i can't get imessage to work no matter what i do, im on 14.5.1 fugu + unc0ver, i don't have any tweaks that directly affect imessage, but disabling tweaks in unc0ver DID make it work after messing around disabling imessage over and over again. but with tweaks enabled still can't send messages (they just won't deliver and eventually go green). if i restart without unc0ver then i can send imessages again. tried disabling imessage and re-enabling it multiple times, resetting network settings, etc. im trying to disable tweaks little by little inside of icleaner pro right now, maybe one of them is breaking it somehow.

For those who are unaware what PDANET is, it’s an Android app that essentially uses your cell service tethered into your computer to use as internet rather than using a hotspot. I have unlimited data but a limit cap on my hotspot. I used to have an android but now I’m on iPhone and my hotspot slows down after so much. So I was having iMessage issues last night on Fugu14 + unc0ver (iOS 14.5.1 iPhone 11) and I tried disabling tweak injection through the Substitute app which made iMessage work again, which most likely means it was a tweak I had. I restored rootfs and completely reset my phone, then jailbroke, complete upgrade in Cydia, and installed like 5 things at most as seen in the video and I was still getting no iMessage. I’ll try uninstalling every custom tweak still but Im pretty sure I also tested it without those and I still wasn’t getting iMessage. and none of those tweaks really seem like they would cause this
edit: after uninstalling every custom tweak including ldrun and preferenceloader, still doesn't work :/

That's what I did, but I was afraid there may have been some files left behind. Probably not a big deal, I thought at first. But then my App Store started acting up (no JB)... Every other search it tells me it's not connected to the internet (no matter what network I'm connected to)
Does 'Erase all content and settings' put back a snapshot/image of the state the iPad was in after the last update, making it impossible for anything to be left behind? If so, the App Store issue is caused by something else

I have heard of only restoring some stuff from a backup using a third party app instead of iTunes, so maybe try searching that since I’m sure I can’t mention that here

She decided to change for an alphanumeric pass (while Taurine semi-untether jailbroken), and now the device is asking her for a 4 digits pass code to unlock it!? Does someone knows what’s happening? She tried multiples codes, it doesn’t lock the phone definitely but it shows a page to « recover the iPhone » and nothing else. i went to the website
clicked on open in altstore
followed the tutorial
and it worked
im litearlly jailbroken and in cydia right now

what got it to work for me again
the second time i did that
it installed this thing called "untether"
which is unc0ver but permanent

And after restart u jailbroken?

it installs unc0ver
tells u to go in it
and boom u are jailbroken
and to make absolutely sure ur jailbroken
i mean
to make sure the untether works
restart ur phone and then try going into the untether app
if u can go into it and hit jailbreak then it works just fine
if it doesnt work such as it crashes, then for me all i had to do was wait a while and it just magically decided to open and let me jailbreka

like where the apps are
go all the way to the right
search "unc0ver"
delete any instance of unc0ver
also delete unc0ver in altstore
because for me it was still there

and came back
and boom it worked
i could open it
