so, itunes is not recognizing the ipad. after a lot of investigating, it seems that the usb controller in the ipad may be faulty. im having the exact same issue as the person here https://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/273215/iPad+2+-+USB+Device+Not+Recognized+on+PC. is there any other way to jailbreak the ipad that doesnt involve connecting to a pc? or am I out of options here?
