Regarding the rest of the document, it uses hcaptcha to get challenge data and send it alongside the browser's information (probably to check if it's a bot or a human and get additional fingerprinting data). that's the hcaptcha part.

To a point, but we have over 200k users in the server, so policing every single DM interaction isn't really viable. We take action where we can, but as far as I know, you're just using this as an opportunity to get a user who you don't like in trouble in the wake of the actual spam attack.

it's usually free to use by other applications when memory is needed

you're currently just using 4 GB from your 16 GB, so 12GB is available for games or other applications

the issue is that for the past year MS has prevented non admin users from receiving printer drivers like you could back in the day via regular push print.
You now have to deploy the print drivers to the machine account on boot, or roll the dice on "V4" model (runs in user space)
