Well well they definitely run better using less power but I don't think desktop will ever use battery low power technology. But yes I definitely think worry about having enough power is not a problem. With the newest 24 core cpu and one 40 series card or two I was playing with 3 people on one computer. All 3 got 2 screen each but only gaming on one and text on other. People were doing it with 4 GHZ and we have 8 GHZ setup. So way more power then needed. Now I know I was focus on how fast cpu were running and for how long. Lots were at one time failing to keep running at full power or even 75 % power for 24 hours. When I process video or other database information I need the system running at full power. Also not just for a day but everyday all day with out failing.

I mean most gamers not using fully, like overpowered for most. Economic issues mostly in rising electricity bills. For me, efficiency matters more, in terms of reducing power draw even plugged in from wall outlet still matter. For me, when building smaller form factor gaming desktop PCs Core Ultra 200S would finally make sense, like a Zen 4 repeat focusing more on efficiency side of things, such as TDP-performance scaling. Basically, peak power and peak performance not equal to peak efficiency, like when NV touted Max-Q in gaming laptops before. Zen 4 can have same performance as higher TDPs even at 65W, so would 200S Arrow Lake do, where gaming laptops matter more, and we are in a new horizon beyond traditional competition, into the beginning of AI PC even for gamers. Thoughts? No more Vmin instability first priority.
Only teeny tiny 1% of gamers and users would be full flagship, and while X3D still great, but too much focused on esports gaming, and most AAA titles not benefiting it totally, and still suffer in productivity and creative workloads. For me, Intel’s advantage is ecosystem in AI PC and creative workloads, especially streamers are creators who game and gamers who create.

I don't think it's even possible with fastest 14 GBPS hard drives and ram not for sales to customers any more even system with 5 GHZ cpu and the limited pcie bandwidth 10 GBPS hard drives and ram systems worked so good they said it no point and limit the gaming engine software I'm not sure what that limited to but I heard talk about 500 fps or 1000 fps. I know on some games like counter strike people were running in the 10,000 frame performance range. But since the best monitor were only 500 hz they might have picked that. Because testing shows they can send more frame but you don't see them and it increases the heat of components. So then they talk about helping crossplay out and limited the games speed to hardware input and outputs. So I told them razer increase polling or mouse keyboard totally input to 8k or 4k mouse and 4 k keyboard. They never decided at that meeting but asus was happy they seem to be all to have maximum frame rate the hardware support. Also asus was looking into a way to block overheating and wear on their parts. I myself bought asus best monitor and try to see if I could get it to fail before warranty ended by running 2000 plus fps on it. It never failed I gave that one away to some gamers as a gift. Hopefully they enjoy it.
That's all I know but also heard the TV company and monitor company want to goto court blaming extra heat on the failure rate of the products but they were just talking and were unsure if it was hardware or a software problem. But we're happy to see the results should that it did cause increase heat and could possibly shorten products life. I guess like near the equator might also do this it's very hot zone
