Yeah, there's drink/feed stations at intervals. Drink stations are probably every 1-2km, feed stations less often.

Toward the end, lots of spectators are handing out stuff like orange segments or candies.

But some people don't recognise the signs of dehydration until it's too late. I try to take a water every time I pass a station. Better than not having one and needing it.

All the places I have been there has been great turn out and support from locals
