depending on the interactability of this UI (I only see a 2d image with buttons now, no fancy animations) and counting in that you are just starting with programming I'd suggest taking a good read on html & php. html and js will make your interface while php talks to your backend (HA). I say php because it is very easy and you can have interfaces talking to ha fast.
take any generic nginx-php container and have all of it in one place without knowing too much about application programming

Not going to lie, the questions you're asking are basic enough that people are going to be hesitant to help you because it doesn't seem like you've done anything to help yourself yet. People are happy to help answer questions, but if you want to be taught the fundamentals of programming you're better off finding a tutorial/video series or taking a class. A lot of people here might know how to code but that doesn't mean that they're effective teachers, or that they want to spend their days teaching you for free.
What you want to do isn't that difficult though, and would likely be a good beginner project.

The xc90 without air suspension is the highest one at all times i think
When I put it in power mode it goes into lowest air setting and gives me all 410bhp immediately without any lag or switching between electric/petrol
T8 is almost always air suspension in my experience from looking before buying
And probably 80% of all xc90s are T8 here

I ended up finding out that I want to do 802.1Q instead of port based. It seems that I have the ability to untag/tag ports in this section versus port based. Now playing around with trying to setup my port membership properly and also setting up my interfaces in PFSense but ended up bringing my network down in the process, I think I have a subnet issue.

depends on your wifi config. It shouldn't be too much of a bottleneck, but depending on how much interference there is at your place it might be
