Hey, depends on how your game is built. First,

• collect refs and make a moodboard of what you're aiming for, for the cables.
• Analyze your level. do you have a lot of time identic areas, is your level giant or tiny, thin corridors etc.
  Then you can choose your approach.

Modular is pretty great but it takes a lot of time and you must make sure it matches between the different modules, except if you don't link them.
Use curves in blender to create shapes and distort it to fake the gravity if needed. Then give it a thickness and choose the resolution.

If that's a unique area, just go with a bunch of meshes, pack them as much as possible but not too much so the game can cull some of it when you're not looking at them.

(you also got some baking issues here on a block)

• Your green paint has perfect edge damages everywhere. Think about how the paint could be damaged due to the turret movements and its deployment, reduce where it should be impacted.
• The green paint (again) has a universal color all over your model. If it has edge wear (at least, that much) the paint itself should age too, leading in a desaturation somewhere. You can use some noises combined with very blurred curvature/AO masks.

I didnt save the but I basically do my shading on Three layers! First is my flat coloring at 50%, second is that same layer but as an overlay blending, and the bottom is my darkest and lightest colors. An example here. You take your lightest shade and your darkest, fill in ur light source, then blend until u like it

overlay is a blending mode that makes the light pixels lightr, the dark pixels darker, then everything in between gone

thats why i then put a normal layer over top, to still preserve those mid tones

but thats why it works so well on top of a shading layer, rather than doing the shading on top of the color

i merge it all together after and blend to my liking, but thats how i do the base of my shading and coloring :)

i will also sometimes put a gradient map over top it all so it all comes together, especially when i want a peice to be warmer
