It's a good design fairly cohesive

If it were me I'd make the black bits on the tail, horns, and wings a bit more branch like to fit the flowery plant theme more but that's more a nitpick.

black bits have to resemble bones/crystal shards and the tail has to end in a aquatic like pattern

It says "normal non-gem minreals" are considered common. Petrified wood is a non-gem mineral but not sure on the normal part.

It might be worth an ask but that's up to you.

Past my nitpicks it's a really good design, it all fit's together well.
