yes, it has in-game achievements, and not the once on steam. also it's not fine since it has a lot of commonly known bugs that makes you restart the whole game if you want to get the perfect dishes, like the mr boar's meat out of nowhere or other things that softlock the perfect dish if they are done out of order

having an update that let's you reset days and link the in-game achievements to the steam ones would be really great

also i'm not trolling, it's LITERALLY unplayable for me, i am not playing for the reasons above

Noticed a problem in The Mill similar to one you have already solved.

After Mr. Owl gives a storm the music stops & we get the ambient sounds of working mill. But as soon as we return back to the living room, the music replaces it back.

Can you please not just replace the music but rather make it play alongside with the mill sounds?

The White Door, level 6, recreation (20:00): The contrast of the symbols is not optimal (white on white) and the symbols that pop up when lifting the furniture are extremely difficult to make out against the background in several spots (particularly above the toilet).

The White Door, level 6, recreation (20:00): A possible bug or perhaps I misunderstood something. I copied the walkthrough exactly (taking into account the randomized furniture sequence and copying it) but it did not behave exactly like there. I had to do a longer sequence and the symbols disappeared at some point, only their appearance effect showing. The shadow on the right side of the rotated room would not move when clicking until randomly clicking the furniture around a little more than in the walkthrough, without the symbols guiding where to click).

I've enjoyed the game so far though, thanks for creating the atmosphere!

I am having issues with the steam pc version of cube escape collection. It was working fine for Seasons but now in The Lake it has gotten very very slow talking to steam (the little notification that says how to open steam overlay won't start for several minutes after opening) and now if I open the steam overlay to check my screenshots for clues it freezes completely and I have to restart steam again. After the first time this happened it was launching game into a white screen that wouldn't load anything. Then I allowed the game through my antivirus and it got past the white screen at least. But that did not help the issues the game has with the achievements and screenshots. They lag so badly or do not work at all and when they do work it just freezes until I restart steam.

Also I got 2 of the coin item in my inventory at once and i'm pretty sure you're only meant to get one

My advice is to make sure Steam is in online mode. Offline mode makes it so that achievements (and other things) don't trigger peoperly

I would like to report an error in Cube Escape: Seasons. When setting the time on the clock in the Summer, the solution from Winter is 3:55. However, the actual answer is 2:55. I was playing the app version of Seasons, not the PC version. Therefore, I do not know if the error occurs in the PC version as well.

I love the story. I love the creepy vibe. But not at it’s highest in the game. I’m hooked on the lore but it is overridden with fear. Even if I don’t think so much after the scenes. It’s a great deal of horror right in those unexpected moments that I don’t like to experience. 😦

Yeah, that was putting more pressure on the player... But as the artistic move it had its flavour despite it simply being just a flat sprite pasted in every corner. The game without it doesn't evoke such strong emotions anymore. A bit sad for me.

So I've been one of the wackos trying to speedrun Hotel and I came across this when trying to skip the Frog cooking animation. If you can juggle confirmation box when you give him the meat, by clicking "yes" a whole bunch, it gets stuck and freezes the game with the meat in the air until you back out to the menu.

i noticed a couple of weird things that happened during my playthrough of seasons through the cube escape collection app, i'm not sure if these are bugs or not but i figured i should mention them:
-if you have the lights on when you turn on the black light, then turn off the lights, it won't work. the light will appear to be on but nothing will show up on the wall- i had to turn it off, focus out of the light, focus back in, and then turn it back on again to get it to work. this happened multiple times because i kept forgetting what order you had to do it in
-at the end of seasons when you see laura in the mirror in the clock and click the furniture items to make them disappear, all of the furniture disappeared except for the flower pot. the table underneath it disappeared but the flower pot stayed on the screen for a second until everything faded to white, for some reason.
i can try to replay and get screenshots of these if that would be helpful

if you put the top right ice cube in to the left you can just do the same swiping motion and it'll fill up another hole

Again very sorry for the inconvenience! As mentioned in the #mitoza channel, this issue can be caused by the antivirus program Bitdefender/Windows Security:

If you have Bitdefender/Windows Security, then you will need to open it up. Once you open up Bitdefender/Windows Security you should see a notifications tab on the bottom left. Next, you will want to view the notifications and you should see a message saying that an application access was blocked. Click on view application and then it will take you to a list of applications that may have been blocked. Look for Mitoza and then click on the grey oval to the right. It should should change to a blue oval with a check mark next to it. That means you should now have access. Restart the game and you should have access

From what i can guess, the game will be something like the 3d view person will collect memories while the 2d person is going to be in them, solving them. I have encountered a game-breaking and progression-locking bug in Chapter 3 (Chapel) of Case 23 in the Cube Escape Collection (Android).

If you close the game while you're zoomed in on and looking at any one of the three painting puzzles (regardless of whether or not they're completed), it breaks your save, and the next time you open the app and resume Case 23, you'll be stuck on a completely black screen with no way to do anything. The only way to fix it is to reset your progress for Case 23 from the main menu.

I downloaded the new Cube Escape app and have been replaying the games on it (loved doing so) but noticed issues with Birthday and Cave. On both games, the backgrounds for each were missing and instead it was just black. While that was definitely the case for Birthday, it might have only been the submarine bit in Cave

It seems to be a glitch, we're aware of it and hopefully we can make a fix for it in a future update. The fastest fix unfortunately is to restart that level from the menu. (just that chapter not the whole game)

Hello! I am new here, and this is something I see in many official videogame servers and I don't see it here, so why not suggest it to see what you think.
Since this is an official server of this series (never expected it to be so big!!!), I don't think it's a bad idea to have a channel for rusty lake videos, and another one for streams, content creators could be here (which would bring viewers from their community who fell in love in the game) while making those creators stay here in the first place?
This way anyone who likes watching others play these games could also find who to watch and would promote people who are on this server.

Hey, sorry for the delayed reply! This issue can be caused by the antivirus program Bitdefender/Windows Security:

If you have Bitdefender/Windows Security, then you will need to open it up. Once you open up Bitdefender/Windows Security you should see a notifications tab on the bottom left. Next, you will want to view the notifications and you should see a message saying that an application access was blocked. Click on view application and then it will take you to a list of applications that may have been blocked. Look for any Rusty Lake games that have this issue and then click on the grey oval to the right. It should should change to a blue oval with a check mark next to it. That means you should now have access. Restart the game and you should have access. Hope this helps

I was here a few months ago about problems with Rusty Lake Paradise. I’ve figured out that while the game works perfectly on devices such as my iPad or tablet, it does not work very well on mobile devices. The exact issue, is that on mobile, I am unable to switch between screens, or exit out of what screen I’m in unless I reset the entire game. And even then, it sometimes would bring me right back to the screen I had tried to exit out of. It seems to be a mobile only problem, as it worked just fine on other devices.

So basically, the app itself glitches out and will bring me back to my current progress even if I reset it or delete the app on mobile. And I cannot navigate the screen with the arrows. If I choose something, such as when I first play and there is the box in the boat, I will be stuck on that screen with no way to get out.

Don't know if it's been suggested before, but I just got an idea! Wouldn't it be fun if someone could stream a whole Rusty Lake room and people who've never played it before can join the voice chat, so people can solve a room together?
I did that with my sister (we live together) when she was sick and stuck in her room, I streamed a Rusty lake room and we solved it together.

I think it would be fun and a nice way to get in some socialising to the server! Plus, it's cheaper if a bunch of people split the cost for a Rusty lake room (even though it's kind of cheap).

And for those (me for instance) who suffer from social anxiety should have a VC text channel so people who don't want to (or can't) talk can just type in text chat.

That said, it would be great if you could offer women's shirts. I'll continue to support you regardless and buy your merch to that end (I just ordered your new Albert T-shirt anyway) but it would be so cool if I one day I could have a Rusty Lake shirt that is made to look good on female bodies. Everybody is doing NFTs right now. The most of them very successful (stoner cats, bored ape yacht club, devol's etc) . You gathered so many characters in the last years and you have a big fan base. You should do also an NFT project. I would definitely buy some and help promote them.

So listen , I had this thought of how about a suprise box of Rusty Lake Special cigars . Inside it is a cube with individual sides having Laura , William , Aldous , Mr.Owl , Dale and Harvey for the gold and any other characters on the side will be silver or bronze . And a chocolate coin with the print of any character on it and a an egg which can give you a gold , black , blue or white cube . Or there could be individual characters and their miniature toy statue we get . With side characters like Sarah having a high chance of getting and Mr.Owl as rare .

Also a suprise toy like a globe that has the names of the land engraved on the surface like from the paradox .
