We are thrilled to share that we're re-releasing Gal Mayalma’s amazing Mitoza on mobile & PC on March 5th (for free). 🤩

Mitoza is a surreal choose your own adventure with countless beautiful animations that would surprise you with every decision you made. It initially released on Gal Mayalma’s own website and subsequently became a massive hit on Kongregate and other Flash games websites. Not to mention it was a big inspiration to our own journey here at Rusty Lake!

10 years after its release, we are beyond excited and very honoured to re-release this beautiful game through our publishing program Second Maze.

Look the diagrams above or keep trying, i played without the charts and used the 2,4,8,16... progression so i could guess the routes at the end of the game, but overally i put left left left left left, then left left left left right, and so on

out of curiosity, how did this game inspire the creation of rusty lake? it seems nothing like the rusty lake games, except for the occasional downright weird leaps in logic (played through in full last night, ~20min 100%)

That’s pretty much what surrealism is I’d say. Unexpected moves, plots, decisions. Weird leaps, if you call it that way. The crazy vibe itself. The way objects turn/act what they not really seem. Tons of things to be inspired of!

A possible fix for the scaling problem for Android: try to navigate to Settings on your mobile device ---> select Display ---> Full screen apps ---> check if Mitoza is optimized for full screen.
