Here's an idea, if it doesn't take too many resources from development:
Patch/update Roots so that upon completing William's chapter you can reenter any level at will. cough Harvey achievement cough

I have recently completed the cube series. I would like to give a very short feedback and make my very first comment in this discord channel. It was by far the best room escape game considering the game play, the art and their stories. The puzzles were very unique and I would like to congratulate the developers who implement these puzzles. Having a discord channel is also a good idea and it gives opportunity to communicate with the riddle game fans, developers and the community. I have one suggestion actually a question, is it possible to share mini riddle/puzzle games in discord channel? It may bring some fun here considering we all like riddle games. For example admins can create some private rooms and only the ones who can solve some puzzles and find answers can achieve an access to these rooms. What do you think?

First of all I need to say that I'm impressed with the graphics, the lights are definitely something noticeable between low and high, the puzzles are very interesting and reminded me of "Adera" (another very good puzzle game).
I have to say that the experience is really good, and I have to say that the jumpscares got me in my first time.

But if an artist is putting his work on blockchain, the ownership of this NFT is recorded forever on the ledger. He/she can transfer the ownership of this "jpg" to another person/wallet. I'd like to suggest more control on the volume of the game The Past Within. While streaming yesterday, I wasn't able to reduce the volume to a level that wouldn't interfere with my partners discord volume. Even though I set his username to full volume. OBS has one volume bar for all sounds that come from the computer, discord and game sounds as one. So I need to be able to manipulate the sound of the game separately. While it has 3 levels, the lowest level was still too loud and I had to mute the game sounds to stream it so that my partner could be heard. If you want to hear the sound, I posted the link to the stream in the stream channel. Maybe there is a way around this problem that I am not aware of.

hi! I'm Esper. I just played the demo with my friend last night. I LOVE all the rusty lake games, so I'm not making any compliments in the following feedback
Here's my feedback: It's so fun and I can't wait for the whole game to be released!!!!! However, here's something I kinda have some concerns about.
Firstly, when I'm playing player A, I feel like I'm just a data recorder because the only thing I can do is ask my friend to start her share screen and help her to find out the clue. Personally, I love Player B's position, because I feel like I'm the one who can participate game well. Thus, if Player A and Player B's jobs can change in the different scenes several times, both of the players can enjoy the game in different positions and have a variety of experiences.
Secondly, it is just a little thing. When I'm clicking on the switch which is on the box for zoom in and I click the arrow in the bottom for back to the main screen, I feel like the movement is too quick, it makes me dizzy and uncomfortable personally.

I'll play the demo again but play in the position of Player B. I hope I can get a more accurate review.

What if there was a self-role(s) for people who want to help others in #cube-escape-series-help and otherwise? There could be roles for each specific channel too, incase someone knows a lot about cube escape and samsara room but nothing about The White Door and Rusty Lake Games.

And people who need help can ping the role and be like “help”

i think that if ppl want to help, they will keep an eye into the help channels for anyone coming with doubts (at least i do this way and imagine some other ppl also do this)
plus, pings can be very annoying, and considering how much questions we get in the help channels, someone would be receiving lots of notifications all the time

I would like to make a suggestion for an annual event on discord that Rusty lake and this server might like to apply for to be a partner server in for some publicity and new discord members (and because it's a lot of fun and has several things that are the sorts of things I think people in this community might be into).
Unfortunately I forgot to mention it before the event and its just finishing (it goes for about a week up to / around discord birthday which is May 13th), but it reminded me to put it forward to you for next year.
The event is called Project Blurple (you can google the name to find their website, discord, twitter etc since I might not be able to share links here). It's an unofficial celebration every year for discords birthday.
There is fun stuff like loads of nitro and steam game giveaways (donated by everyone through the server mail bot then handed out by the server staff), a canvas you draw on using a discord bot to place 1 pixel at a time, (similar to r/place but more art, less flags and it doesn't get overwritten every day), an art competition, a minecraft server with events, and blurple chairs which is kind of a discord ARG where you have to find all the clues to get the server invite to each of the increasingly difficult to solve servers.
Partner servers apply again each year and you have to temporarily colour your icon blurple theme (discord brand colours) for the duration of the event. Then you get to choose a special colour to use on the canvas that can only be used from your server and you invite the canvas bot into your own server for the event (non partner servers members have to go to another server to draw on the canvas). It means you can draw your logo or art in the main colour you want (because palette is limited) and people are more likely to join your server if they need to draw something in the colour you chose. There aren't many servers that are partnered because you need a minimum number of members (I think around 25k). Your server invite also gets listed in the partners channel in the blurple discord server (which has only a few in it) so people can join it easily rather than getting lost in the spammy 'server participants' channel. I'm not a server manager so i'm not sure what else is involved in being a partnered server, there is probably other stuff behind the scenes but those are the benefits I can see from outside anyway.
For the record i'm not part of the blurple team. I've just taken part in the event for the last 3 years now and I really really enjoy it. In fact it was the reason I stopped being afraid of hanging out in discord servers larger than my own guild servers, that's why I'm so enthusiastic about it. The blurple server goes into hibernation in between the events so you can't tell much about it if you join now while it's winding down so I will just show you the canvas from this year as a taste instead and try to remind you earlier next year.
PS: I hope you like the rusty lake logo I put on this year for you (yes it's Damys design stolen from r/place)
