For now they're all on needles. Impatient about what will come next after main characters had failed so badly and now their base is gone and antagonists being on a pedestal. But imagine their relief when they'll find out that strongest of MCs hadn't died and is ready to kick some ass

It kinda helps to just cry and let it go and admit I'm struggling

Then I put on some music, especially sad/angry sounding music, and it helps in calming me down

Skincare, taking a shower, taking a walk, exercising, singing, cooking healthy food and eating it, shopping and styling clothes and accessories, watching cartoons/anime or reading comics/manga, and playing games help as well

In other words I try my best to use what I think is healthy coping mechanism

And try as hard as possible to avoid any unhealthy or bad habits from forming because of my stress

For example, I take around 20-30 minutes to brush my teeth properly, and if I'm in a rush and don't have enough time to sleep (like 2-3 hours or so) and I feel like brushing my teeth will make it even less, I skip brushing my teeth

Which is bad for my teeth obviously

There are times where I skip taking a showr because I take around 2 hours or more in the shower

But I don't want to be stinky so I started to create short versions of my teeth brushing and showering routines that have only essential important steps and skip anything extra to cut the time

This way I don't skip it

And for cooking if I don't have time, once I do I make a big portion and preserve an amount of it in the fridge and eat some, so the next day or whenever I need to cook but don't have time to I just reheat it and eat it

Hope this helps you with your assignment!

Most of the time i try to assess the reason im stressed so i dont shove it under the rug, at some point i realised it better to deal with my problems than just letting them be
And if its about a stress/anxiety peak, the good old counting to 10+ and putting my earphones on always helped, if its a bigger issue yeah, letting everything go out by crying is more than healthy, and if you have someone to whom you can talk do it bc dwelling on stuff alone is 100x harder

Yeah me too. I try to divide it into different steps to do throughout the day. So for example I'd floss right after a meal, so that leaves scraping my tongue and brushing my teeth and using mouthwash later on
