I have completed "Ironman Mode" twice now without any officer deaths or dying myself. Even after the 2nd completion, neither of the 2 achievements were unlocked, and I also did not receive the developer's ruined watch. During both of these runs, none of my officers were incapacitated or fired. It is rather discouraging considering the time spent hunting for these specific achievements.

make sure ironman-mode is actually enabled (there's currently a bug preventing it from applying correctly).

Workaround;

Just completed Ironman mode, no mods, no re-runs, and a perfect run with very little issues. I did not unlock the watch or get the achievement.

At this point, because the game is SO buggy in so many ways with achievements, I'm literally just going to do the achievements, and then get a 100 percent save file to grab them through steam because I did them fairly, legit, it should unlock. But it doesn't because the unlocks are bugged. Ugh. We need a good 6 months of bug fixes and QoL polish. Tone down the DLC releases and work on the game living up to its full potential, is what I want.

I am so DONE with this game, my swat mates watch a suspect run STRAIGHT into them and won't shoot to save their lives. I have died so many times to the fact they won't kill anyone, they would rather have themselves dead than to save me from what it seems. The suspects are literally invincible, I shoot them with slugs and the .50 cal pistol straight in the dome or chest and they do NOT die. This has happened to me TOO many times and it's getting me upset. I'm trying to complete the missions on hard mode and it feels like I'm facing war veterans, they trace me through the walls even when I'm sneaking. I'm so done and genuinely these bots are not it.

Suspect on the second floor in Neon Grave shoots for no reason. I and AI teammates were on the first floor and this guy became crazy.

I don't know how to reproduce this. This is just random. I have no mods enabled.

Also I said yesterday in the ron discussion channel. Logics for AI teammates are broken in Mirage on the Sea.

They just go up and down through the stairs and decks without listening to my command and directly open and clear the room. For example, I commanded them to open and clear the room on the pilot deck, but one of them just went directly down through the stair to upper deck and fired with two suspects there.

Similar things happened when I commanded them to search the room on the upper deck. One AI teammate just went directly down to the middle deck and lower deck using another stair.

This is most likely the new bug after the update. I didn't have the issue before the update. There isn't issue with AI teammates as insane as I met in this map.

Suspect stuck in Twisted Nerve. Not able to move or arrest him.

I checked the record. This suspect ran from the second floor in the fumigated house and to the main house using an unlocked door. He went up and lay on the ground (in the room left to the bathroom), then climbed from the room to the bedroom on the right.

As usual, no mods enabled (I don't use mods). No idea how to reproduce this. Probably because he was stimulated by the flashbang LOL.

I'm having an issue where if i click RMB or LMB multiple times my game inputs suddenly become very delayed.

I've already tried lowering my graphics, putting the game in fullscreen and also windowed but this delay is still there.

This input delay also occurs when I get shot in game and has gotten me killed a few times already. Any idea as to what it is and how to fix it?

Best way to work around it for anyone having the same issue, just clear this floor first. That’s the only way I was able to clear the house. Going for the basement first gives the suspects enough time to get stuck. Careful for the traps tho.

I don't know if this is from this patch or the one before, but the friendly AI can't even clear a room effectively. Struggling with T shaped rooms the groups clearing are getting seperated and not covering arcs or clearing. Zero rear security taking place when in stack, or when stopped in a hallway. Losing a officers engaged from advantaged positions. People opening doors, door security not being held. Lone officers running into adjacent rooms/hallways solo.

after this update my career stats still showed zero when i logged in. it tracks my progress now but i had 10 hours on my commander mode and none of those stats are being included in that. is this a known issue?. i haven't heard anyone mention it since the last update.

Fix the evidence disappearing and "F to interact" deciding to break mid run. It sucks that the hardest part about getting S ranks is not the mission itself, but the lottery of "will my interactions disappear? Will suspect evidence disappear?"
I'm tired of having perfect runs but evidence clipping through objects or disappearing or being unable to hit "F" to interact with doors, evidence, or suspects. Like come on.

Incap means wounded, i.e. not dead. and therefore won't fail the Rescue objective, but you will only be given 5 points instead of full 35.

Last patch did something to enemy ai, been practicing relapse before doing it on my Ironman save because of how a few other levels seemed to be. Team mates dying far easier, enemies are super aggressive and will walk through a full stack to try to mow you down. Like literal 4 man shields up blocking door where you couldn't ever squeeze by they slip by full auto.

Had a whole floor above come down and attack leaving the bomb floor clear, but after walking over the bridge the enemy thats flashed runs off unaffected.

Id go lethal but it risks cops re-signing which counters the point of iron man run im doing lol. This is third save doing this, beat twice before but didn't count because the skull wasn't registered even though it was ironman. And only difference is the last update :/

Playing on PS5, and I keep having an issue where even if I collect evidence that isn't needed (I'm trying to S Rank) on Grease Palms and Valley Of The Dolls, I end up having to soft complete and it shows the I never collected it when I certainly did. For example, on Greased Palms, it's a whole objective to locate the FISA office. And I do and report it, and it says I did when I open my tablet, but when I complete the mission, it says I didn't. theres some "bombdefusal" activity that your officers do on civs with a bomb vest and it makes them unarrestable so you either have to shoot them in the face or never finish the mission, this also happens when they crawl out from under a table sometimes but idk why that happens, although it does happen very very regularly

You can shoot through floors from the second story, which thinking about it further more this can be another reason why suspects could be attempting to wallbang from the second floor of this mission.

When I select Sun Deck entrance, and I command them to "open and clear" or "move and clear" "breach and clear" "kick and clear" on any double door, they do not enter, they open, they breach, they kick, but do not enter. Only following me, they are capable to enter the room.

Override your current preset with default loadout.
This is usually caused by bugged mods leaving traces in the old loadout presets.

Why would I get a A+ when I had a friendly fire incident. To get a A+ you can’t have any penalties and have to run it perfectly. How can I have the highest score of lethal when I have minus points (this wasn’t a S run)

You can have a small penalty during A+ tho. It depends on % of the highest score (which is S rank).

If you’re in commander mode you can order the officers to do a “search and secure”, they’ll get it bagged for you, happened to me just now. If you’re in multiplayer and you’re alone you might not be able to bag it.

Have you been able to finish the level? If not try clearing the first floor first, I checked the door up the stairs, if it’s clear, C2 & flash. Your officers will get everyone down before they can get in there. Doing other floors first might give them more time to hide in there

I just deleted this game because I am sick of playing relapse over and over and over and over and over and over I have played this map over 300 times and I cannot complete it no matter what weapons and equipment I choose no matter what equipment I give my team no matter what tactics I use Nothing works because the enemies open the door before I can even get the camera under it and kill me they do not stun with flash bangs, stingers or gas so as soon as my team breaches, they all get shot dead as shit if I go in the room first I shoot them in the chest with pepper ball, real bullets or beanbags And I still get shot dead as shit. It’s not fair. I have S rank on every mission up until relapse, and I cannot even complete it because the enemies know where I am at all times even though I’m playing on standard difficulty.

Every time I go to the catwalk connector on Twisted Nerve, my game crashes to desktop. It does NOT let me send the crash report despite no mods being installed whatsoever (I had done a total save/mod clearing when the console update dropped)

Yup - since release, Xbox players can't connect with other players if there is more than 1 person in the lobby - if you try joining a lobby with another member in there, it will jusy give a "Failed to connect to host" message

I just completed the entire Hermit campaign on Normal difficulty in Ironman mode with a perfect run. No officers were downed, resigned, or dismissed, and all missions were passed successfully in one uninterrupted session.

I've had this issue but with neon tomb. Uninstalled reinstalled. Started commander mode over by deleting the save. run the mission in commander mode and it doesn't change in quick mission. There is no crawl space they get stuck in, at least not in this level. And once they surrenbder, they do not make any noise so it's quite painful to search for these blokes.

As besides nades and c2 they can use anything as only you need to do it. you can soft complete and only have to get above a F

📄 Bug Report — PS5 Visual Cosmetics Not Appearing (NVG & Gas Mask)

Issue:
When customizing my character with night vision goggles and a gas mask, the gear is properly equipped and functional in-game (i.e. NVGs work, and gas protection is applied), but the visual models do not appear. In both third-person views (teammates and cameras) and loadout previews, only my helmet and face are shown — the NVG and gas mask are invisible, breaking immersion and defeating the cosmetic purpose.

What I've Tried:

Reinstalling the game ✔️

Deleting all local save files ✔️

Testing across different loadouts ✔️

Re-downloading save data from cloud ✔️

Comparing with other PS5 players (they do have working visuals) ✔️

Result: Issue persists. Cosmetics function but are not visible. Other PS5 players seem unaffected, so this may be related to certain loadouts, profile states, or save data conflicts.

Expected Behavior:
NVG and gas mask visuals should appear as equipped when worn, just like they do for other players.

Request:
Please investigate whether this is a profile-related bug or a more widespread PS5 cosmetic sync issue. Let me know if logs or further data are needed.

📂 BUG REPORT - Crawlspace Bug on Lethal Obsession

Main suspect gets stuck under the crawlspace beneath the staircase, unable to be pushed out

It appears that you can shoot the guy out from a certain point beneath the stairs and you can arrest him when the model pokes out of the wall
The gun that he drops is also stuck, but is reachable by some point below the staircase and viewing it with the weapon highlights on

@autumn glade In order to get “the world” or “the hermit” achievement you have to complete Ironman mode In standard. That goes for any achievement in the game the difficulty always has to be on standard or higher unless you’re going for “I’m getting too old for this.”

@crude shadow Yeah I’ve completed Ironman mode three times as well. Ironman mode is bugged nothing even happens when you die also the mission just ends pretending like nothing happened. Your officers don’t even stay dead either.

Commander mode in general is also buggy I had every officer trait at once and “the emperor” achievement didn’t unlock.

This game is annoyingly buggy I hate how someone bugs out from being arrested every mission especially “the ends of the earth” mission someone bugs out everytime trying to go through the crack in the wall in the attic every time.

Several visual bugs with customisation as well so many clothes will just load in the wrong style no matter which one you pick.

My god the loadout presets one of them deletes everytime I have to requip them on a new commander save because my iron mode completion doesn’t progress unlock.

Attachments bug out too. The right attachment says it’s equipped and doesn’t load in so you have to restart your game to reset attachments. Instead of just exfiling because if you do that your officers get stress gain which risk them quitting and counting as a death failing the Hermit run. Even tho nothing happens. Hope to God stress gain is reworked.

I'm having issue with loadouts, specifically with the body armours. I have 2 AI squad-mates in heavy (with cosmetic) while the other members are light. but when I load into the game, half the team is wearing the wrong armour and cosmetic for them. Not a game breaker but ruins the immersion when I'm running specific cosmetics and loadouts.
-I've tried presets for individual operators and default loadouts.
-Gadgets, clothing etc. works fine. It's just the armours that won't change/default.
-Weapon loadout have no issue.
-Verified game on Steam.

The weapons are inaccurate like they're not zeroed in. They do not hit the reticle. Any shot over like 50 feet means nothing.

I've directly hit a suspect with an m320 flash and stinger with no effect.

Being unable to interact with suspects happens so frequently that I don't even count on being and to finish missions reliably.

I cannot emphasize enough how incompetent the teammates are.

Teammates don't restrain suspects that are still armed even after I give the order 10 times. They will say a room is clear while a suspect is unrestrained. They constantly let suspects get back up and start shooting a second time.

The entire command system needs to be changed. A simple "weapons free" needs to be a main command because, as I mentioned already, these "teammates" watch me get shot on every single mission without engaging.

The "teammates" will wonder off to completely useless areas at random times.

There needs to be a command that let's them use their deployables when necessary. It is so stupid for you to make this game where we have to be in complete control of 5 people during shootouts. On top of that, having them quickly deploy a flash when things are hitting the fan isn't even an option. The quickest thing I can do it have them "open, clear, and flash" which makes them completely mindless meat shields that usually walk directly until oncoming fire.

The friendly fire shouldn't even be in existence when using non lethals. That includes flashbangs. That's so incredibly stupid of your design.

A police officer would never shoot another police officer for unwarranted use of force. The idea that your "teammates" kill you immediately if you shoot someone in cuffs is beyond stupid.

Overall, this game has proven to be heavily unprepared for console launch. You guys should've had this tested for a few more months at least. There are so many more glitches I'm not mentioning. And the incompetence of the "teammates" can't be stressed enough

Hello all, I have two problems currently. I'm on ps5, I looked to be sure and it seems like one is reported on by a few players so I'll keep that one brief, the other i haven't seen.

So, first. The pathfinding for our officers in commander mode is sometimes broken to where the AI won't even approach the door or "stack up" in some cases. On a majority the maps at least 2 entry ways exist that they dont interact with. Minor issue, I can deal with it.

And lastly. On the mission "Mirage on the water", there is a pool table on the 2nd or 3rd floor (can't remember which right off hand) where civilian AI gets stuck in an animation of trying to climb under the pool table and in doing so, forces me to kill them to free them from the loop. Costing me score and rank.

Otherwise I've had a mostly perfect experience with RoN. All my other bug experiences seem to have already been reported/patched.

Issue:
When customizing my character with night vision goggles and a gas mask, the gear is properly equipped and functional in-game (i.e. NVGs work, and gas protection is applied), but the visual models do not appear. In both third-person views (teammates and cameras) and loadout previews, only my helmet and face are shown — the NVG and gas mask are invisible, breaking immersion and defeating the cosmetic purpose.

What I've Tried:

Reinstalling the game heavy_check_mark

Testing across different loadouts heavy_check_mark

Re-downloading save data from cloud heavy_check_mark

Comparing with other PS5 players (they do have working visuals) heavy_check_mark

Result: Issue persists. Cosmetics function but are not visible. Other PS5 players seem unaffected, so this may be related to certain loadouts, profile states, or save data conflicts.

Expected Behavior:
NVG and gas mask visuals should appear as equipped when worn, just like they do for other players.

Please investigate whether this is a profile-related bug or a more widespread PS5 cosmetic sync issue. Let me know if logs or further data are needed.

Reproduction Steps: Issue any "Breach and Clear" order to the AI team, including "Shotgun and Clear," "Ram and Clear," and "Kick and Clear." Notice the clipping of two of the AI teammates.

Workaround: I don't know, beyond avoiding "Breach and Clear" orders.

This behavior wasn't present before the patch (and I've been playing this game a lot in the past few weeks).

Reproduction Steps: Have your team stack in any position on any door. Then order them to "Breach" in some way (ram, kick, shotgun, or C2) or "Mirror Under Door" and watch how at least two officers will clip into each other during a breaching animation or after a mirroring animation.

Workaround: Nothing beyond simply avoiding "Breach" or "Mirror Under Door" commands, but this is not ideal.

Just a heads up , post update today (Patch #2) I cannot find ANY PC lobbies. This is regardless of difficulty, region , as well as enabling and or disabling the ability to join modded servers. Restarting the game does not fix the issue. I have to enable cross play on my PC in order to play any multiplayer now.

There are some videos going around about pre-1.0 graphics, those were made over two years ago with graphics that we'd cut and/or simplified for the sake of performance and because in some cases they'd flat out break in most circumstances.

As the game is now, it's just about back to its pre-console update fidelity. The only thing still broken at the moment still is the lighting/shadow edges, but there's a fix for that coming.

[Team AI - Blue & Red Team Command Behavior Issue]

There is a bug I have experienced when using Red and Blue team commands since the console release, before and after both patches.

When giving Red and Blue teams separately queued commands, and using Gold team commands to execute both sets of orders, there is about a 50/50 chance that they will switch places instead of executing the commands. Only after switching places, will the teams execute their commands.

Also, if you choose to execute Red and Blue team queues commands individually, rather than using Gold team execute command (as in, when both Red and Blue have seperate queued commands), the team that is first selected will switch to the other team's location to execute their commands. Then if you select the other team's command, that second team will switch and go the first team's location, while the first team will ignore their command orders and simply fall back into formation with you.

I assume the second bug is occurring because executing the second team's command also selects your default order for the first team (which in my case is the command to fall in to gold leader).

I am noticing that VOIP in-game actually got worse and does not work most of the time in-game whether its local proximity chat or Team radio chat. I can see people key-up in-game but no audio and vice a versa. Lastly @atomic quiver , I tried your time server sync and that still did not resolve the "No Lobbies Found" issue. I was able however to join a PC only lobby twice after trying for about 25 minutes, but afterwards, I still keep getting no lobbies found. Only enabling crossplay allows me to play multiplayer at this point. This was done in Safe mode also FYI.

the earlier mentioned clipping bugs seem to happen under any circumstance where an officer leaves his place in the stack. Mirroring, pie'ing, ramming, anything where someone would leave the stack and then return to their stacked formation. The unit behind them takes their spot.

Yes, exactly this. Any time an officer moves up to perform any action while stacked, another officer repositions to fill the gap. Then the clipping happens.

Playing on ps5, quick match on standard, the mission is Narcos, with 4 other people (5total), I hit pause and now I cannot interact with any prompt in the menu and hitting pause does not bring me back to the game. Same match, while reloading a pump action shotgun, I got hit and had to bandage but again, the prompt would not over ride the reloading animation, forcing me to bleed out and die because my character was really focused on getting the sixth shell in. Yesterday, quick match on ps5, mission is valley of the dolls on standard, with one other person. The other person sends me a message on PlayStation, so I press the ps button and answer him, when I’m back in the game, both my main and secondary weapons (beanbag shotgun and pepperball pistol) can't fire and the only thing that makes them fire again, is if I pull out my battering ram and try using the fire button.

Ahh, I think I experienced my own version of this on PS5 Pro. I always put IR lasers on my AI teammates' weapons so that I don't see them flashing regular lasers or flashlight beams all over the place, but when I equipped them with the pepperball assault rifles, the IR laser always just turned into flashlights. Yes. Currently it only works when not ADSing but when ADS'd, Free Lean doesn't work at all. Sometimes before reaching maximum range in free lean it just cancels the lean, resets to normal position and I just start walking. It also does not allow you to Free Lean vertically (standing on your toes.) when ADSing. The issue is worse with NVG's activated. I am on PC btw.

I didn't realise it the first time they were stuck in a door and just drop dead one after one on the threshold. I am used to it that they open fire at least when they get shot so i assumed it was just a short level bug.... but it happened again twice now in different maps so that's frustrating, because I rather leave the team at spawn point and get in on my own ....
But I love the game BECAUSE I have the AI Team which was pretty capable of like supporting you and acting on their own before the update (they weren't THAT smart, but not USELESS)
