There are a couple possible reasons why you didn't get an s rank.

1. A suspect or civilian got injured in crossfire from another suspect.

2. You forgot to give your team nonlethal sidearms and one of them shot a suspect with their pistol.

3. A suspect shot themselves.

4. This one I'm not completely sure is possible, but I've heard people say shooting people with pepperballs too much, especially in the head, can incapacitate them.

5. Stinger grenades and flashbangs do a small amount of damage, meaning theoretically you could incapacitate a suspect with them if they're injured enough.

And there might be other possibilities I can't think of

Best I could manage for a “Judge” Dredd look. It’s kiiinda more based on the 2017 Karl Urban movie than the Stallone or the comics, but we really don’t have a lot to work with in terms of cosplay without mods.

I made sure to go for the gold goggles though, as A. Our squad is Gold Team, and B. They’re the only goggles that cover Judge’s eyes completely, which is vital for the Dredd aesthetic.
