Hi, I’m having serious connection issues with Ready or Not on PC.

Everything worked fine before, but after I linked my Steam account with Epic Games (to try playing with a console friend), my game completely broke. Even after unlinking Epic, the problem did NOT go away.

Current situation:
-All players are on PC (Steam)
-No mods, no VPN
-Game reinstalled several times
-Verified game files on Steam
-Epic account is already unlinked
-I can host a lobby, but nobody can join me
-When I try to join others, I get: “Failed to connect to host”

What I already tried:
-Fresh reinstall
-Verify integrity of game files
-Removing Ready or Not folders from: AppData / Local / Documents
-Steam invite and in-game invite
-Restarting router & PC

It honestly feels like the Epic linking broke some network profile, NAT or firewall permission that doesn’t reset even after uninstall.

If anyone has a fix for:
-“Failed to connect to host” on Ready or Not
-Hosting not working
-Broken connection after Epic linking

the things you can try is sync your time (everyone) and then restart your game and try again

(STEAM) Been experiencing crashes (no crash report even given) when using the replay mode "skip forasrd/backward" or scrubbing the timeline.
This means it's basically unusable without reopening the game, reopening replay mode, and then reopening the replay everytime I need to go back in time.

So…I reduced power limit for now at 95% and cleared nvidia cash folder (ai advice) I tried different mission about 20 times, flashbangs, c2, shooting etc. No crash. Crashed once and again in same area. Back of gas station in first mission. About psu, I have uV on processor and card so less power consume, I didnt noticed max tdp in any game so far. Only in benchamarks and it didnt crash. Im gonna keep testing ron and other games. I hope its just game/driver problems not weak psu 🙂 anyway thx for reply

Quick question how do I get it to run on the steam deck? It used to work fine with mods back on the 1.0 update but the most recent update (which adds official support) it crashes on launch. I completed all missions on hard and they even show as completed ingame but the achievement did not trigger. I believe it's the last mission but I repeated it and still did not get the achievement. The friend I played each mission with got the achievement however. We thought it's because we missed a soft-objective (Close Container) but after fully completing the mission I still did not get the achievement. This isn't unique to RoN and I do think it's an unreal engine issue, but RoN is the only game that seems to have absolutely no way around it (e.g switching to dx11)
