I got some tech problems,After a update about 2 weeks ago when ever i clicked tha game it would load up and then when i clicked singleplayer or to join another person everytime its on teh loading screen it would crash, i tried a lot of differnt things to fix it including deleting all mods but nothing worked so i unistalled the game and reinstalled it and now when i click on the game it doesnte even load anothing. I tried playing on safe mode and everythiong nothing works. I tried contacting the team on email and they told me some trouble shootings but nothing worked and they set me here. What do i do? if your using the actual shipping executable and not the shortcut it will get flagged as a full on virus by windows

if your using a shortcut of the shipping executable you will only get a security warning which you can turn off by unchecking the "always ask before opening this file"

DX12 which is the default renderer compiles shaders on the loading screen. It takes a while the first time around and it's done on mostly black screen with only a %number of the loading bar.

So i attempted to factory reset my PC. I used cloud + remove everything (just remove my files). I've sent mail to "[e-mail]" as stated on Steam Support, but they redirected me here. I have problems launching the game. I rarely use Discord, so I am not familiar how should I respond. Here's the message I sent to the support mail:
ISSUE: After updating, the game won't load.

What have I done before reaching out to you?

1. I've tried launching the game in Safe Mode + deleted all mods.
2. I've checked the integrity of the game files and Steam verified it's all clean.
   previously (apx. a month ago):
   a) I've downgraded the game to the version before "Los Suenos Update".
   b) I've reinstalled the game after that.

When did I notice the problem?
The problem started after the previous update, but I didn't take the immediate action towards fixing it. Today I've noticed that there is an undergoing update queued and tried launching the game hoping the said update fixed the issue. It did not. There are no crash reports showing after the game crashes.

What actions of mine were done before the problem occured that could lead to this issue?
I've downgraded the game via Steam because the "Los Suenos Update" was very "laggy" for my PC and I've had a lot of technical issues with it. The game was unplayable. Everything worked fine after I've downloaded the game. After some time the Steam automatically updated the game (even though I've set updating to be "on game launch" using Steam Offline mode to dodge it). I started having the current issue since then. I've tried reainstalling the game, but it didn't help.

As posted by Miśka, in single player modes the HQ changes between pre and post Home Invasion events, namely the hurricane, which also changes the time of day and thus the lighting.
All depending on if you finished the main story and opened the DLC missions or not.

But the entire lighting setup on your screenshots is wrong and is suggesting you have been playing on an integrated graphics since that's a UE5 quirk under DX12 attributable to that fact.

Do a clean install and try to launch the game again, any kind of mod, and ESPECIALLY one that is injecting into the game through intercepting API calls can crash your game.

The importance here is for you to get rid of any and all old and modified files and have only the base game as is downloaded from Steam.

Do not mod it back before you try to launch it and do not mod it back if it still crashes.

It’s not something that happens on devs side. It’s solely on users end it’s become like this
