It's an environmental variable not a search keyword. Input it in Path field or in Win+R "Open" dialogue.
%APPDATA" leads you into .\Appdata\Roaming\ and not into .\Appdata\Local\

Microcode 0x12B which was second to last fix got into ASUS BIOS in 2024/11/01.
0x12F released this year

In terms of these trash Intel CPUs, their instabilities also caused storage (SATA/NVMe) errors so it very well might be just that crashing your game.
While the chance is small, the BIOS is absolutely needed to have by default anyway, so no harm in being proactive.

There's a door bug (not sure if this is related to your case) which sometimes prevents you from interacting with doors. Some people claimed manually equipping the mirrorgun & using it on a door fixes that issue.
Perhaps trying that method works in your case too. Worth a shot.

yeah so i once had a problem with a mod. i had to delete some paks and after that i wanted mods back and did something and from there on i started having problems. still able to play back then untill some point and then there was the dark water update i finished those missions without mods and after a while i couldnt play deleted the game played other stuff untill now and boem haha

Right-click on the file and choose "Rename". You can rename it to anything, like "sl.pcl.dll.bak".
Try launching "Ready or Not" from Steam again

Ironman-mode is bugged right now (means it's not applying correctly).

Workaround;
Create a new save (enable ironman-mode before), then you're at the difficulty select screen, hover over your desired difficulty, then you press X (on an xbox controller) to enable ironman-mode (works with any controller).
Basically you have to enable it twice, once on the first screen & once on the difficulty select screen.

Plug it in,
singleplayer > commandeer mode > press X (xbox controller, or SQUARE for PS controller), this enables ironman mode, then you press A (xbox) which leads you to the difficulty select screen.
Once there, hover over your desired difficulty and press X again (this will actually activate ironman-mode), & then just press A (xbox) to start.

You are confused by how this works.

The weapons added by dark waters and home invasion were part of the base game for PC, I believe for console as well, but were listed with the DLCs since they were part of their updates*. If you have weapons like the 509 (pistol) or, I forget which MP5, then you have those items.

The weapons part of the deluxe/pre-order (I have to double check) are timed exclusives and include the rotary launcher, the 590M, pepperball pistol, uhh, 50cal pistol, I forgot the last one.

I am experiencing a crash where I load into the game can go into the headquarters but when I attempt to load a mission I will get to the point where I hear the audio of the van rolling and then the game will crash.
I tried renaming the dll as stated above but I think thats for a different issue. I do have a crash log it looks like this essentially. I can just send the .dmp if needed. Thanks.

your using an igpu thats one of the issues, you have to turn off your igpu in bios thats what i recommend

Anyone got any idea why I havent recieved my The World and The Hermit achievements and my Dev's Ruined Watch? I've done all 18 base game missions in Ironman mode without dying, I havent used the alt-f4 trick at all, I havnet had a single officer get incapped/died/fired/resign, All my missions are B tier or higher (Most being A+ or S apart from a single D tier mission), I genuinely cannot think of a single reason why I shouldn't have gotten the achievements and watch
