It is a GPU issue, I can't say much more. The game seems to be using your integrated graphics card if your device has a dedicated graphics card, RoN usually doesn't get along with integrated cards, but not in the crashing sense

Another one of my friends is having an issue with the game on PlayStation 5, he said he downloaded it last night, opened the app and received an error message saying there was an unidentified error and to try again later. He deleted the game in hopes that re-downloading it would fix the issue but he is now unable to download the game itself from his library, it keeps displaying the same “an unidentified error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments.” message, so is thus unable to download the game.
