My game runs absolutely abhorrently. Most games do aswell, I use an rtx 2060 and a Ryzen 5 4500 on an A320M-A pro motherboard with 16gb ddr4 ram, my pc should be running amazingly but I only get around 55 frames on low settings with dlss on in RoN

I changed my motherboard from a h81m ps I and my OS corrupted, so I had it fixed up; Not sure if this is why my performance is so poor.

Please help me ASAP because this is driving me up the wall.

Hello, I currently have the problem of the mission Rust Belts not loading up. I'm not running any mods and i'm playing solo but in the bottom right corner it's acting as if it's a mod and telling me it might take several minutes for it to load. I've waited around 10 minutes for it to load and nothing happened it's stuck at 0 seconds left on the map to load. I verified the integrity of the files through steam as well as deleting ModData.sav from the local app data and it's still not loading. Can anyone help me?

You need to wait until it is done, and how long it takes depends on your system. Once it finishes making the data it never has to do it again.

This is a known bug with that map.

1080p is bottlenecking and it is very likely you will get less fps on 1080p than 1440p

you cant do anything more besides cap fps and use nvidia low latency/amd anti lag

dx12 gives more fps, is the only real benefit but if you already hit high frames without issues

If it is “freezing” when the countdown reaches zero you just have to wait while it makes some data for the level (5-15 minutes probably depending on your system). The level will never have to generate this data after that. This is a known bug and there is no other solution until it is patched.

Hello, I have just completed the "Greased Palms" on an S tier. Now I have done all missions on S tier and I have unlocked all those tattoos. I definitely did not completed any mission in multiplayer, since I played it only a few times and always went lethal and tactical. Traps are only on Sins, Lethal Obsession, and Ides of March. If you have checked every door on those maps and there is not a single trap, then you have a mod that removes them.

i've tried with diffferent guns and it'll often fix it to just use a different gun from there out but it was the sa 58 before that it was doing it on which i really liked using and i started using smgs and had been sticking with ump 9 but had that happen with it too just today. i'm hoping i can just keep avoiding it by changing weapons but it's happened a bunch with sa 58 for me and i just switched back to it after not using it for a bit and it started doing it in my first mission i tried so it seems to not go away over time idk

Hey everyone, I once installed a mod that adds a 9 banger to the game. Ive removed the mod a while ago, but the 9 banger is still in the game and I cannot change how many I have. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Running in safe mode might fix it as well, if the mod is uninstalled already. If the 9 bangs are still selectable from the equipment menu then the mod is not fully uninstalled.

Pretty sure they did away with the old UI for that and everything is on the tablet now. If this is your first time playing the 1.0 update make sure you reset your keybinds. Tab should be the default to open the tablet to check for objectives and player list is in roster on the tablet.

I found quite hefty Reddit thread with list ordered from actual fixes to common workarounds, if you want to investigate.
It does include a workaround of increasing TDR timeout period via registry keys, though this feature exist more for debugging purposes so definitely try the other fixes/workarounds first.

Hey Guys I have a problem

Every time I launch the game, it works fine until I load the police station, then as soona s the police station is loaded, all the sound goes away from the game and there's no getting it back

I have to restart the game, and most of the time, it just does it again.

the only sound that stays in the game is the clicking from highlighting an option in the menu, so that's how I know it's not a hardware issue

You can both disable server side checksum in the settings to fix that. But since you are getting that message one of you two has mods, perhaps old ones from mod.io that you forgot about. Follow the instructions in #❓modding-faq-archive to fully remove them, since unsubscribing does not remove them.

You can tell if the game has at least one mod loaded by it saying "modded" in the bottom of the text in the top right corner

I am trying to figure, what have cause my crash. Anyone can help me, please? Crash happened during COOP session. I was host and was playing with my friend. We were on the mission "Ends of the Earth". I order the granda to run to exfil. After getting other objectives and securing evryone expect the grandma, we went to search her. I found her in the living room trying to run through the crack in the wall(between living room and the garage). I ordered her on her knees and then again asked her to run ot the extraction and again she decided to run in the crack and get stuck. On the second time ordering her to get on her knees the game crashed after animation ended.

the game should be fixed out of the box if the devs cared enough.
these "configs" being passed around do little to nothing especially with dx11's already current issues.

Nah, sorry. I did not manage to make a understandable and compleete message. On DX12 with high FOV you will get some artefacts and you will need to use Engine.ini to fix them.
Also artefacts on "Carries of the Wine" will cause some bugs in the basement.

Uninstall blackwood forest, that one has a bug that messes with voice lines. #❓modding-faq-archive has instructions for subscribed mods for complete uninstallation if you do not know how.

You also probably should uninstall all custom maps until you want to play them, since a number of those are outdated and might cause issues, especially in the future.

Run the game in safe mode with checksum disabled. It's a connection error so there is no specific fix other than expanding the people you can play with to hopefully include someone you can connect to with a more stable connection.

Can play game as normal UP TO the Ends of the Earth mission. Between three to ten minutes in, PC suffers a total system crash and restarts. No other mission does this.

For the "use only" acheivements, spawn and swap off primary immediately. You cannot use or pull out: NVG, any long tactical, wedges, anything not listed on the achievement that requires left clicking, or the multitool. Your swat using rifles does not matter (and is in fact how you deal with most of the suspects), but do not have them do anything other than hold, stack up, cover, follow, enter and clear, open and clear, or kick and clear, and search and secure. Having them use any equipment will likely invalidate the achievement.
It can only be done in commander or practice as well

the problem could be I defragged my games and then shut off my PC I realized that messed up my games so I restored and backed up my computer to a different time than the current one and it fixed my steam games except for ready or not. Note that I had ready or nots download paused at the time.

sorry I apologize for not being more specific I'm very worried thank you for your patience. So I went to Razer cortex and saw that if I defrag my games it will boost performance and so I did. I decided it best not to cancel it and tried booting up a game but it wasn't opening I saw that it kept trying to defrag my games so I canceled it again closed the application and completely shut off my PC. I turned on the PC and it kept doing it so I got some help from some friends, they told me to restore my PC to the last save which was 5:30pm that same day(this was 3 days ago) and it worked the game was opened( it was Far Cry 5). But my BO3 was still verifying the game files because I have that on an external hard drive which is a LaCie Rugged Mini 1000GB External 5400RPM (301558) HDD. I try to have the big GB games on my external hard drive and then my smaller GB games on my internal hard drive. Ready or not is on my internal hard drive and my BO3 is on my external. So again BO3 was validating the game files and mods and my Ready or Not was installing when I turned my PC off they were in that state so the files might have gotten messed up. Though I went to Steam and verified both games and they were all good so maybe that couldn't be it. BO3 is working as of right now
