The lore literally paints D-Platoon and LSPD as morally compromised and operating in a city that’s basically collapsing into cartel warfare, extremists, mercenaries, corrupt elites, and private military-level threats. Acting like “real SWAT wouldn’t use a PKM” misses that the game intentionally blurs the line between SWAT and paramilitary operators. We’re not playing a documentary — half the missions feel like we’re a heavily armed force being unleashed into a failed-state situation while the department itself is shady as hell.

Greased Palms isn’t too tough though. Just need to route correctly. Clear everything outside of warehouse including secondary building, then go in to warhouse and work your way across. Clear until only upstairs is left.

Takes longer but it means there’s far fewer angles you have to worry about.

hello i recently got ready or not cause a friend got into it and it's very unique. it feels like playing the house mission from mw2019 but you have more of a say in what direction it happens in. I found out about the console update where the devs cut alot of content out and caused damage to the visuals and AI. the visuals are way less important then the ai being kinda shite

but it has always kind of been questionable, its basically a feature of the game

only thing that changes is how bad the ai is but its always bad

I've started to notice some of the ai getting stuck in places or members of your team not stacking up on doors leading to having to track them down wherever they are and figure out what they're stuck on. it really breaks the immersion but i heard there's mods to reverse what the update did

you kinda have to free lean if you want to survive on hard

free lean basically makes you invisible to them and allows you time to kill them

they have much better accuracy than your teammates on hard (2.5 vs 3.5)
