Guys, i'm on 11th attempt on greased palms hard diff.
~6 of 11, i died due to gunshot. I used the new 6.8 or smh battle rifle, and the enemy is still not one shot. I used heavy full coverage steeled armor, helmet, ballistic mask, and flash googles, and still one tapped by the suspect. How do i win in gunfight and survive it?
~3 of 11, i failed due the suspects just decided to kill the civis. How am i supposed to lower the risk of civis taken jostage?
~2 of 11, i failed due to Adam's death. Any tips on catching him alive?

6.5 and 7.62 do not 1 shot on hard mode, you're better off with 5.56 or .300 tbh for better recoil control since it's the same amount of shots to down a suspect on hard mode. Suspects have increased firerate on hard mode apart from increased reaction and responsiveness so sometimes it feels like you get killed in 1 shot even though it's not really the case. Just gotta kill them before they manage to shoot you by utilising cover and other utilities. The main suspect can be Incapped or arrested but not killed for the objective to be successful so you can shoot him but try not to kill him.

Trust me... DO NOT play that S&M difficulty. The enemy AI has no basis in any real psychology in that difficulty and it feels like it's Dark Souls with an S&M twist, that makes you feel like being bonked on your head constantly.

Whoever made that difficulty and obscured what they've done to the AI and equipment values in that difficulty needs to be questioned.

It is impossible. Hurricanes could potentially form off in the ocean but geology shows because of the terrain of LA it would be impossible for it to actually hit the city. It may get stormy, but you’re not getting what Florida would get whatsoever.
