The suppression effect isn't even that bad IMO, and tbh if you are getting in straight up firefights and dealing with suppression from suspects that often you are probably playing like a COD plebian who engages all suspects with lethal force on sight before even issuing a warning lmao. Ok, so he use a mod which enables him to use an unused asset which is already in the game for everyone.
For example: a person who use the "everything unlocked" mod which enables them to use like things like the M14, G3, 9 bangs, etc. Which are all unused assets in the game and because of that everyone else see that too but they can't use those unless they have that mod

Scroll down and take another screenshot. Also yeah, set the FPS to whatever your max Hz is. It stops the screen from tearing and stops weird behaviour if it goes too far above max Hz

Could be some driver issue. I have a 1650 4GB VRAM, 32GB DDR4 and an Intel i5-10300H and my game runs fine. Sure there are moments where it drops to 40 but that's okay

Unlikely, but they could also be using a config file for an older version of the game. That enables them to carry over normally unobtainable equipment as long as they don't use resupply boxes or open loadout. Stuff like the FAST SLAP armor, shooting glasses, 9-bangs, and even old playermodels.

Crazy how good the game looks when you stop and slow down, or not wear NVGs. Not wearing NVGs helps a lot.

enemies can use guns that are open for players as well, so the chart can make sense if we talk about enemies shooting at the player. also @copper fiber, if enemies have no armour, most weapons will 1-2 shot. and everything dies to a head or neck shot regardless of armour
