Some missions do have suspects with different armor types though ; in Narcos for instance a few enemies wear L4 armor (if I’m not mistaken) whereas the others wear lighter armor

So like we have 5v5 mode it’s Defence and attack teams, Defence should reinforce the bomb location during prep phase while attack will have to defuse the bomb

You’re gonna say “but it’s rainbow six siege” but nah

Players will have to buy both guns, scopes and secondary gadgets (grenades for attack and reinforcements for Defence) during buying phase, so like in counter strike.

Players will also have to choose their primary gadget/ability that confirms their unique gameplay style for one round (e.g. silent step, positioning gadgets and etc.) which they can choose once again in the next round. However, two players can’t choose same ability per round

So basically abilities are not locked behind certain operators what allows to create your own builds and gameplay styles

I won't mind being officer and letting someone else lead. The problem is no one else wants to listen to anyone.

1. Trying aura-farming and always first dead, ignore everything you tell him
2. Kinda anarchist one, doesn't let anyone tell him nothing
3. He got the game 1 year before everyone else and thinks he should command everyone since he's og (at least reasonable)
4. Kinda egoistic, wanna command, trying to command, thinks he's the best

How to fix this problem? Any tips on how to choose who'll lead?

I get to down people in 2-3 shots with and without body armour

but what would you recommend

All rifles incap in 2 torso shots regardless of armor, 7.62x51 oneshot every suspect without extra health

Try ARN-180 with JHP ammo, switch to AP only on Elephant, Sins if the Father and Leviathan missions
As for attachments use only SFMB and vertical/th grips
