The first clip is not a bug, nor a hit registration issue. That is just how the damage goes. The second one might be or may not, you could have shot his neck which is technically not the head and only has a 20% chance of causing bleeding, so.

You are reporting a bug. Bug which is not a bug. The first instance seems to just be your unluck because you were shooting too low. Both clips have a quality that is barely recognizable and I cannot for the life of me see, no matter how many times I replay it whether yes or no that guy has blood all over his face as you say.

Point is, height over bore is in the game, and weapons are zeroed at a certain distance. Your real life experience does not help with the issue you are facing here.

Greased palms' only "exclusive annoying part" is the labyrinth that is the conveyor belts area

The outside parking area is pretty straightfoward, you don't get flanked like you do in Hide and Seek

I clear the outside little building first, wedge the door to the warehouse near that
Then I clear the main building up until that area with the truck, wedge the door, then clear the whole outside area and get in through the garage and the huge area

The conveyor belt maze is easier when you don't also get flanked from the outside

Sometimes I get in just a little bit to arrest one or two guys, before I go back and wedge the door

A free arrest is a free arrest

Just like a free kill is a free kill on Valley of the Dolls, if you shoot the guards through the window

I do the same first part except what I’ve been trying to do is clear the half of the warehouse with the fisa office and then stack my officers on each of the big doorways, so I can clear the upstairs. Yet to get it to work though since all my officers die the second I try to clear the warehouse

And the "Mindjot" evidence change is also an easy one, you don't see them until later so it doesn't really mean anything to most people, it becomes pretty vague unless you look really deep into Sinuous Trail's extras and then remember the evidence in 23MB

It's a lot of extra steps to not have exactly the same powerful realization as before
Compared to what the evidence used to be, immediately jarring and paints how the game is going to tackle jarring situations
