What I like about RoN is that Politics is not allowed yet you got a very similar idea or story being presented with pride and glory in the game

Cuz clearly they don't even pay attention to the game's story and thought people are getting political for the sake of it instead of... idk

Actually knowing the game's story and since ofc some are real and some are dramatic, it portrays the reality to a certain extent. Even if the game is just "what if Police has to work in a city with high rate of crime"

In conclusion, CM needs to watch their mouth and it's better to have someone who's more neutral and helpful, than the ones who want to care about people's emotions but will break easily

The game is so realistic that you'll get trauma from it, and imagine how real SWAT Members actually feel while seeing sum stuff like that

Narcos is somewhat a good example where each house is either someone's place or where the Informant is getting his ass beaten to death

Unless they added him in the current update there should be another undercover cop in car dealership who is alive, he has a model and voice lines he just doesnt spawm

Also Leviathan has DOA civilians/workers which made it great for storytelling

The first level has like 3 casualties and a dead dog.
Some of the story telling isnt very subtle and seems really over the top sometimes

An eco terrorist group going as far as to hold oil rig hostages is interesting and you can play with the morality in that as they might not actually want to kill anyone and are just being driven to extreme measures
But that complexity is gone when they start hanging the workers

So it's hard to show empathy to them

Ron is mostly just criminals and terrorists, any with sympathetic motives are either too extreme to have any sympathy or behave like any other bloodthirsty psycho in gameplay

Big examples are Mindjot workers. Most of them are overall skeptical as some are evil

Hide and seek is good very atmospheric but never screamed finale to me
The one thing that stands out is its the only mission with an actual story moment in the gameplay which peeved me off

Dont know why that is the only level with a scene like that

They still reallly need to add actual toc reports for mission specific evidence and scenes

Not just the generic reports that add nothing

Suspect variety in behaviours lacking and bland
All ai suspect swat and civ being lacking and buggy

Story is a mess and clearly rushed and unfinished
Tone is just way too edgy at times and takes away from the actual shock value when everything is shock value

Very rare I play with other people (due to the fact I have no one to play with) I just thought it may of been a slow update or something because I know the game was a little buggy on xbox to begin with which is to be expected. I played ends of earth. Beach entry and I was about to go in attic when I saw random names through the floor (top floor) went downstairs to have a look and low and behold random trailer units carrying people out

I did clear the enemies first. I was just about to collect the gun evidence in attic so maybe that’s why

Hopefully this mechanic gets expanded as it’s a cool feature. They carry guns. I did see that so hopefully they can pull cleared civilians out as your doing the mission as that would help both visually and more I think about it more realistic

Yeah last dev blog was from when the game got censored. I love jt when we get weekly dev blogs which get downscale to fortnightly then downscaled to monthly and now its back to radio silence
