I play it perfectly fine on a Ryzen 5 5600x and RTX 3070. 1440p with maxed rasterized settings. 60+fps normally with occasional drops into the 40's. I added a mod allowing for a better FSR Frame Gen implementation than stock to smooth out those lows.

It's like they design everything for mobile or server applications (where power efficency matters) and then they slap together a desktop version as an afterthought. Looking at amazon CPU best sellers I have to go down to #14 to find any intel (i7-12700kf) and #40 to find any of the Core Ultra chips (Core Ultra 9 285k). The top 13 best sellers are all AMD.

760ti wasn't current gen in 2015 since it was replaced with the 960/970 in 2014.

R9 280 was current gen though because it wasn't replaced until June 2015 and I did this build in May 2015.

Ye I'm aware I built my first with a 970TI about a month after its release

I' didnt need to be informed of the 760TI's replacement as I stated, it was about 2 years old when you did the build, probably closer to a year and a half due to it being a late 2013 release. The point is your 2015 card which was $200 or a "mid ground" card was that price for a variety of reasons. 1) The replacements were about to release. 2) the card was effectively outdated by nvidia by almost 2 years of hardware improvements. we're talking prime nvidia here

Like, if it has stats

heavy armor lets you tank more hits but carry less stuff

light vest is also pretty good and lets you carry lots of stuff

kevlar lets you walk the fastest but is the "worst", ceramic is the best good protection decent speed and metal if you want to be tanky ash but walk slow (tho shots may cause metal debris to cut you open thus more damage)
