action is a last resort due to the danger it brings to everyone whether they be involved in the situation or not

police want to enter only if necessary due to the inherent dangers it brings, they practically can't just open fire from outside unless there are exigent circumstances (i;e them actively firing at the public) due to the risk of bullets missing, hitting uninvolved people inside, etc

the best case scenario is what they do now with barricaded people, negotiate and attempt to wait them out, use tools like CS gas to try to force them out, and enter if nothing else works

It's hard to explain, say I am pressing the d key to move to the right, I start to shoot my gun but for some reason, whenever I let go the d I keep moving to the right even though I'm not pressing in the key

Pepperballs stun for 8 sec, but require 4 hits. Can create a pepper cloud with 3m radius if you hit same place 3-4 times, which you can use around corner without line of sight with suspect

If you have pacifier trait pepperballs become even more powerful

anyone really had some luck with doing the "Sleeper Agent", "Meldonin" and "Big Shell Specialist" those achievement are hard AF to do
