Visibility through glass has been one of RoN's pain points for a while TBH. Some glass will be fine, others go overboard with grime, fog, or glare and make a one-way window for suspects to shoot you through.

Stuff like the g36 having its carry handle removed and the SCAR having a custom stock is just to be more "practical/tacticool" although removing the g36's carry handle is arguably not a good tradeoff for the slightly reduced weight

The game is point-to-point. Steam has no reason to address this nor can they do anything about it, it's up to VOID to implement an actually decent multiplayer server browser.

Also, there's no way for VOID to ban someone from a game, unless they use an anti cheat like VAC.
