if you can hard stun them sure

Hi I am having issues with one of the bomb vest civilians in Neon Tomb, I have tazed her like five times and she still won't let me restrain her
ok I figured it out, she was by a door so I used c2 on the door to incapacitate her which let me arrest her
Qadamah should have a detonator for the civvies bomb vest to make them go off

ceramic mitigates 100% of damage but will eventually break after like 5/6 shots maybe more from a pistol caliber, steel plates last forever and mitigate 70% of damage
steel also makes your acceleration a tiny bit slower but your max move speed remains unchanged
86.5% of dmg cuz they buffed steel

When basic navigation is a struggle and the ai are being really weak in this one. It's not quite a challenge
Like, here, the AI is bad, but with how big and stretched out the map is, you might be too injured by the near end, and now they're a threat
Furthermore if you play TOO safe, you might drag out the time too long

dont remove it honestly and just enjoy the fun like that
helps you become insane at aim placement in this game real quick if you are constantly gunfighting and know all the spawns and angles

they can sometimes work well if you're doing a very scripted action that doesn't require actually doing much like getting them to breach a basic room where all the enemies inside are flashed but in terms of dynamic movement/engagements it's rough and they can and will have all 4 of them get cleared by a single suspect because no one chose to shoot for no reason
and even then sometimes when you attempt to have them actions like picking up evidence/arresting someone/breaching/wedging they freeze up at the location they're meant to do the action and just don't do it or ignore you
I guess evidence clean up is a good one
also sometimes if you ask them to throw a nade or launch a nade the nade will disappear into narnia and won't go off
also if you haven't played since ronsole happened, CS gas is now useless
CS is useless, ai teammates stand inside each other, multiple suspect lines overlap each other at once, and they continue to say stuff from unarrested lines after being cuffed.

Tho ram effect radius on morale is larger by 2.5 meters compare to c2 and shotgun

Stress is irrelevant if you about to breach
They will hear or see you anyway
Lockpick is the only way to keep them in passive mode
shotgun takes so long to breach with compared to ram the ram is like the fastest breach for AI by a mile
with c2 they flinch for a while before flashing and the shotgun requires they pop the lock then kick it then throw a flash but the ram is smack, throw and in and sometimes the delay with the shotgun/c2 is significant enough that the enemy ends up engaging your team and beginning to flee before your team can engage/flash the room
how far can they hear you breach?

but like how far can they hear you breaching the door generally

Buddy of mine got 3210 with A+
100% of max score
A+ is 94-99% which means he missed something or have killed/incapacitated suspect/civilian
no penalties are shown and everything is X/X

Look for secured score instead
If it is not divided by 35 - someone is killed/incapacitated
495 for suspects and 315 for civs
You can't divide 495 by 35, which means suspect has been killed

some used to do that, pretty sure the 75th, then they switched to ceramic and did that with the avs, using some special mbav inserts but then they quickly switched to the jpc

Can someone help me? Im on twisted Nerve and I got all the civilians all of the evidence marked and I checked the map for a few hours and its all clear but it says "Restore order to chaos" What do I do?
"Bring Order To Chaos" Basically just means apprehend every threat, this could anyone who has the potential to attack you.
there are hiding spots in closets and under beds suspects can be in if you haven't checked your closets or under beds etc
but there's also a bug where sometimes when a suspect goes into a hiding spot they just disappear forever and softlock the mission

I've noticed the AI performance has been drastically decreased
I don't know why, I just noticed they react slower, their pathfinding is a little mindless and their aim is a little questionable sometimes
I think one of them means the enemy ai and one of them means the swat team ai
because I know for sure the enemy ai hasn't gotten worse

also I wish on the mp7 the Devs would just let us put the RMR/SRO on without the riser like they're tall enough that they clear the pistol optics without issues and it's not like you can put big bulky top rail attachments that actually get in the way

the 2 red dot sight on ga51 are misaligned
arwc recoil's potentially bugged considering how different it is compared to the others when your arms are injured
swat ai refusing to do your command
swat ai sometimes going random places without your command
swat ai generally being dumb as hell
granted some of these could have just been poorly coded, but these are just the surface level bugs that i have personally encountered

also slr47 recoil seem to be ultra bugged

slr47 recoil is just what it is bc they see it as unconventional weapon

the main thing about the mp7 recoil that makes it super manageable is that it's entirely pretty straight vertical recoil it's not like you get tons of weapon shake and tilt and have the weapon jumping around like the mp5a2, the mp7 sits pretty solid
also ngl spc is still a monster if you just enjoy ttk

rifles in general being able to use sfmb is such an insane boost
asr raw stat is 40% vert recoil reduction and sfmb is like 35% but for some reason if you test it (this can technically be a bug) sfmb reduces vert recoil more than asr
i think by at least 20% bc acog reduce vert recoil by 20%, and if i slap asr and acog (no vert grip) together the recoil pattern sprayed uncontrolled still look slightly worse vertically than sfmb no acog no vert grip

Angle recoil is the thing, all guns have some base angle recoil, which reduced when ADS or increased when you have arm injury debuff, attachments don't affect this stat
not sure about 7.62.51 rifles tho

angle recoil is a fancy way to say it but horizontal simply means anything that kicks sideways or along the x axis

canted aiming is arguably the best way to play this game if you care to min max
So I have been using it right.
I mainly use it during CQC so I can use the laser.
I don't remember if it actually effects the perceived length of your weapon and impact how close you can get to a wall or not
all the stats related to grip i only care about bc i play canted
you can canted the entirety of an open map like hokan and be fine
if you're hitting shots and not dying then you're doing it right
canted in this game is borderline broken
you can live without touching canted aiming or live without ever not canting if you wanted to
no reason to ads at all if you can cant your gun and hit your shots
the best, subjectively, for me its mp7, SUPER low recoil, best cartridge for an smg, 40 round mag
if you're using pistols or what not canted can be kinda bad since when canted the flick sends you off target for much longer while canted compared to ADS
only "good" ones are the mp7 and p90 since they're 4.6 and 5.7
you can do a small burst of 3 to a target medium-far away without your gun kicking above em with the mp7
p90 recoil is so bad

I mainly use ADS for getting headshots from distant targets (like ones taking a hostage so I can aim for the head, I do not CARE if it'd get some penalty, no hostage dies on my watch).
Or when using a relaxed ROE mods so I can still get S Rank even if killing non-priority targets.
hopefully if your taking a p90 though you're playing a tight map like sins or smth though where the excessive horizontal recoil doesn't send you off target
ADS and canted is the same thing in terms of angle recoil reduction, it's only about your gun being rotated

but canted being naturally at a less zoomed view means actually hitting shots matter more at range
pistols (especially the fiveseven) are the only guns that have a significant negative effect while being canted because of the muzzle flick that takes time to come back down and being at an angle means you can't follow up shots as fast since instead of having the entire height of a person to hit which means you can be a bit sloppy waiting for the pistol to come back down instead you only have a cross section of their torso

As per the lore, Judge |||is more or less a USIA product and a former JSOC/SMU member, whereas his SWAT team, while fairly capable pales in comparison to what he is capable with||, so it would make sense for Judge (or me) to be angry at the incompetence of the guys. I will also say, this game is very good at replicated real-life CQB but I doubt 9x19 goes through a 7cm concrete wall (as has happened to me before)

For the ranges that RoN operates at 95% of the time, horizontal recoil is basically never a factor on rifles.
