Ive done 100 restarts and it's always some guy sees 1 pixel of me for 1 frame between 2 poorly stacked boxes from across the map and boom shot and usually die magically

it's the least fun experience ever when every engagement is one sided because you can't even see the enemy who's shooting at you yet you're getting wallbanged by some guy

I was literally upstairs in the office of greased palms and got shot thru the window and I was like "I'll dare try and see where I'm being shot from" and there's literally no one there I'm being shot from behind a wall somewhere

I like splitting the squad to cover two entrances to the warehouse, they don’t enter till I tell em, they just cover. I c2 both doors after moving around to the side entrance and blow the doors, catch as many bad guys in the cross fire and the push upstairs

greased palms is WAY too complex for nades to work effectively in most areas because there's too many tiny objects or illegitimate Invisible walls that cause your nade to not work

and plus of course sometimes enemies just flat out won't react to your nades for no reason

and plus as well sometimes if it isn't literally just "enemy ignores flashbang for no reason" the Devs act like flashbangs need absolute line of sight to work but they can still be partially effective by proximity not just completely inneffective if there's a small handbag sized cardboard box between the flash and the person to impede direct LOS

for nonlethal, equip only ONE with beanbags, if they all shoot in unison thats 4 beanbags to a poor sod's chest, and while some mfs can tank that shit (i had a suspect only surrender after 7), most dont,

put a TRPL pistol on sidearm slots, for the rest just put pepperball rifle/smg and trpl , flashes and stingers since C2s can kill

They almost never run away and hide without firing at you first, their hiding behaviours I think are still broken and they almost never do it outside of certain missions, no varying firing patterns based off of suspect skill, they did add suspects using semi auto but thats only at range for specific missions

it's really not that complicated

it's useful for checking for wires and just in general brightening up dark corners on maps without needing to toggle NVGs compared to a laser which just exists for canted aim (which you can still achieve with a flashlight in close quarters, which is the only time canted is worthwhile)

Just optiwand for wires or wiggle your mouse, and for dark corners just nvgs, flashlights will literally just expose your position to a suspect and make them aggressive

therefore you won't have the element of surprise or they won't hesitate to shoot you

there is only 1 gripe you can have with flashlights and that's the fact that if you're using a red dot the flashlight can overexpose and occlude your red dot and make it difficult to aim if it's too bright but I mean it requires no animation to turn it on and off so you can spam it like you're at a rave

Canted sight gives you a clear screen literally and no sight readjustment when switching targets too fast
