Sorry for the way it was written but that is something you can do in game. While a lot of people know about it it's not exactly something that has been published anywhere, it helps when you have people blocking roads as long as you do it safely, you can also suggest it in the chat and the trolling player will hate it to see people getting past their roadblock.

• Type /disconnect in the dev console
• Go past the blocker's position
• save the game
• type game in dev console

And you're past a blocker, and no one had to implement an easily abusable feature
